WWE forced to push forgotten female superstar

WWE fans are opinionated and outspoken. Now, they might be forcing the WWE to push forgotten female superstar Naomi.

Naomi’s Lack Of Bookings

WWE forced to push female superstar

When looking at Naomi’s track record these past couple of months, it is clear she hasn’t gotten a push. In fact, her bookings have been lacklustre to put it mildly.

The poor bookings triggered a response in the form of #NaomiDeservesBetter. After all, the #NaomiDeservesBetter segment started right after the fated karaoke segment

Of course, not everyone was listening to what fans were saying. This includes WWE legend and Hall of Famer Booker T.

Shortly after the start of the movement, Booker T mentioned that Naomi needed to prove herself. In other words, fan support would not get her the opportunity alone.

Fan Support Continues To Grow

Despite the lack of a push for Naomi, fan support continues to grow for the wrestler. In their eyes, Naomi has already proven herself.

And fans could be completely right, because Noami has one of the most impressive move sets. She is also a former champion, so she is not fresh from NXT.

Noami was recently eliminated during a Battle Royal for the title opportunity. Fans took to social media to express their disappointment.

Many believe that WWE continues to push the same female stars, while others deserve an opportunity too. They are not completely wrong in that statement.

Sasha Banks and Bayley have been pushed to ad nauseum lately. While I like both wrestlers, I would love to see an opportunity for Naomi as well.

There Is Room For Naomi!

The WWE can most certainly push another female superstar. After all, the brand is missing some big names in the form of Alexa Bliss, Charlotte, and Becky Lynch.

So, why does the WWE refuse to give Naomi the opportunity she certainly deserves? Of course, she is not the only female wrestler with similar problems.

There are countless talented wrestlers backstage that are almost forgotten by the creative department. Names such as Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, and Bianca Belair are just some of the most recent examples.

As is always the case with WWE wrestlers, most wrestlers backstage deserve much better than they are getting. And there are only a handful of wrestlers who got where they are today thanks to massive fan support.

Vince McMahon doesn’t like to push wrestlers when it is not his idea. This was revealed by Arn Anderson during an interview.

Aside from female wrestlers, you can add some male wrestlers to the list as well. Some of the most prominent names that spring to mind include Chad Gable and Mustafa Ali.

At the end of the day, fan support can only go so far. After all, it is Vince McMahon who signs the paychecks and decides who shall get the opportunities.

While it is true that Naomi deserves better, I do not see her going much further in the WWE. While she may get a short title reign to make fans shut up, I doubt it will get much further than that.

In conclusion, even the #NaomiDeservesBetter movement might not make a difference.
