This may surprise many people, but Victoria – also known as Lisa Marie Varon – is one of John’s conquests. While their relationship was a well-protected secret, Victoria eventually admitted in 2012 that the two dated for a while. According to sources, the two dated in 2002 after Victoria had left her husband and when John was single.
A Well-Known Relationship With Mickie James
Another female wrestler that can be filed among the Cena conquest list is none other than WWE superstar Mickie James. According to sources, the two dated in 2007. At the time, Mickie was in a relationship with Kenny Dykstra.
The romance between Mickie and John Cena was used as a storyline for the WWE at one point. However, the storyline was killed quickly and the pair broke up shortly afterwards.
Many also claim that the release of Mickie James had a lot to do with the relationship break-up, but those are just rumors.
His First Wife Elizabeth Huberdeau
If you have watched Total Divas or Total Bellas in the past, you may have heard John Cena say that he never wanted to get married again. He often referred to his first marriage as the reason why. He was married to his childhood sweetheart Elizabeth Huberdeau.

One of John’s most high-profile relationships was the one with Nikki Bella. The pair were often featured together on Total Divas and even their later breakup would play out very publicly.
Cena started dating Nikki Bella a couple of months after his divorce from Elizabeth. Before they made their relationship public, there were lots of rumors. In fact, many believe that their relationship started when he accompanied her to her high-school reunion.
The relationship between John Cena and Nikki Bella only became public once they both signed on for Total Divas. During the series, John made it clear he did not want marriage or children, but would later change his mind for her.
He eventually proposed at WrestleMania 33 causing a huge media frenzy!
Unfortunately, Nikki and John broke up a mere weeks before their wedding was to take place. At the moment, both have moved on with new partners.
