Today, we look at the 10 most badass wrestling moves that absolutely blew our minds. Of course, we also explore some background of the wrestlers behind these moves.

Rope-Walk Kick

Rey Fenix is a wrestler that impresses in every single match. After all, his creativity where moves are concerned is unmatched.

So, there is little surprise that Rey Fenix made it on our list of 10 most badass wrestling moves. And the move we selected is his Rope-Walk Kick.

Many wrestlers have done a rope walk move before. However, nobody does it as impressively as Rey Fenix.

Even though the Rope-Walk Kick is impressive to start with, Fenix got even more than that. During an indie match against Bubblegum, he did a Rope-Walk Hurricana.

Since Rey Fenix is king of the badass wrestling moves, it is no surprise he made our list several times. His next move is none other than the Moonsault German Suplex.

Rey Fenix had a match against Kenny Omega at New Year’s Smash. Leaping to the second rope, Fenix launched an aerial assault now known as the Moonsault German Suplex.

As you can see, this is one move that is almost impossible to counter. While it is insanely difficult to execute, Rey Fenix makes it look so easy.

The Van Terminator

Legendary wrestler Rob Van Dam also has some interesting moves. As you probably have guessed, he made our list with badass wrestling moves with his Van Terminator.

To execute the move, Van Dam basically has to jump from the top rope to the other side of the ring. Needless to say, that is quite a distance.

When this move was executed for the first time, it drove the crowd absolutely bonkers! Since then, many have tried to copy the move and give it their own twist.

The V-Trigger

Kenny Omega also has some badass wrestling moves in his arsenal. Of course, the one move that made the crowd go wild was none other than the V-Trigger.

While the V-trigger does not include any flips or ropes, it’s not any less impressive. In fact, it takes a tremendous amount of precision and subterfuge on Omega’s part.

Of course, the V-trigger also depends greatly on the opponent. For this move to show its devastating impact, the opponent certainly has to sell it.

Fortunately, Omega enjoys great respect from his peers. So, every opponent knows how to make the V-Trigger look good.

The Canadian Destroyer

Any move that involves a head drop can have devastating consequences. Needless to say, most of them belong in the category of badass wrestling moves.

Speaking of head drops, The Canadian Destroyer by Petey Williams certainly belongs on our list today. In fact, his move required perfect cooperation between two wrestlers and a whole lot of trust in one another.

Needless to say, this particular move is as impressive as it is dangerous. Unfortunately, not every promotion is as eager about it due to its danger levels.

Canadian Destroyer To The Outside

And once again, Rey Fenix makes our list of badass wrestling moves. The Canadian Destroyer was already a devastating move, but Rey somehow made it better.

AEW is the place where we saw this move recently. And it involved a lot of wrestlers, too.

Instead of doing a basic Canadian Destroyer, Rey decided to hit a Canadian Destroyer to the outside. To make the move possible, several wrestlers had to catch Rey and his opponent outside the ropes.

Brainbuster

El Generico

El Generico is impressive to say the least. After all, he was mainly known for his very creative work in the ring.

And while he has a name like El Generico, his work was far from generic. Consider El Generico as one of the most intelligent wrestlers worldwide!

El Generico was mainly known for his incredible Brainbuster. To do this move, he had to use every little bit of the ring around him!

Unfortunately, El Generico is now wasted in the WWE. We will leave you guessing as to who El Generico might be.

Of course, we do believe the ginger beard kind of gives it away!

The Frankensteiner

Scott Steiner

The Frankensteiner was an incredibly difficult move to perform. After all, the wrestler needs to get to an incredible height from the mat to hit his opponent just right.

While the Frankensteiner does not look as impressive in this era of flips, it was quite something in the nineties.

To hit the move, Steiner had to do an incredible vertical leap. And while the wrestler is nowadays surrounded with controversy, this move is something he will always be remembered for.

Could you do a jump like that?

The Cyclone Suplex

Manami Toyota

Speaking about physically impossible feats, Manami Toyota can certainly add to that list. After all, her Cyclone Suplex was almost impossible to execute.

Like Scott Steiner’s move, Toyota had a move that was almost impossible to do. To do the move, she needed every ounce of flexibility her body had.

To this day, I don’t know anyone who could do a bridge quite like Manami Toyota. Not even Charlotte Flair.

An electric chair German Suplex combo is difficult to say the least, but to do it as flawlessly as Toyota is something else.

The Black Arrow

PAC

PAC (formerly known as Neville in the WWE) also has some impressive badass wrestling moves in his arsenal. In other words, he is another major star the WWE absolutely wasted.

The Black Arrow is a marvel of human capability. The rotation and angles he hits with seemingly the greatest ease are impossible for most wrestlers.

It’s no surprise that The Black Arrow has a reputation in the wrestling world. Not every wrestler is capable of performing this aerial move.

Supernatural is what Whatculture calls it, and I cannot say I disagree with them.
