Dog the Bounty Hunter has always worn his Christian faith on his sleeve. He never shies away from it. Now, he’s bringing his love of Jesus to the big screen in a new Christian movie, “Hunter’s Creed”.
The script for “Hunter’s Creed” is one that Dog knows well. It reflects his story about losing his wife Beth of 13 years. He had to lean on God and continues to do so.

The friends go into the woods and make a hunting show they always wanted to film. There, they encounter a “dark presence” that has them face death and their faith.

Director Justin Jackola knew that Dog, Duane Chapman, belonged in this film. Everyone shed tears on the set as Dog gave the main character Dave advice on taking care of his wife with cancer.
The reality show star went off script in an emotional performance as it was something he personally did with his beloved wife Beth.
“Dog Chapman was the perfect choice for “Hunter’s Creed” for a number of reasons. First off, Dog isn’t afraid of his faith,” Jackola told Christian Post. “He’s open and honest about what God’s done in his life on and off-camera. In his television show, we have literally seen him pray on camera for help in finding his next bounty.”
As a Christian, Dog understands that God knows what He is doing even when we do not. You have to trust Him to lead your life.
