In a bit of surprise news, it seems that Vince McMahon tormented Bray Wyatt if The Fiend didn’t go along with some decisions. Plus, it looks like Roman Reigns has his next opponents lined up.

Vince McMahon Tormented Bray Wyatt

It seems unlikely, but it may not be: Vince McMahon reportedly tormented Bray Wyatt if things didn’t go as well as they should.

That stunning tidbit of information comes courtesy of someone who is no longer in WWE…but did work closely with Bray Wyatt during his time.

Specifically, AEW’s own Matt Hardy.

Hardy revealed on a recent podcast episode that the now-released Bray Wyatt had a unique, and sometimes twisted, relationship with Vince McMahon.

Fans far and wide have praised the creative approach behind Wyatt, The Fiend and all that goes with it.

Well, according to Hardy, when things didn’t go so well, Vince McMahon tormented Bray Wyatt.

As in, if Wyatt was coming up with creative gold, life was good.

But, if Wyatt was not bringing his best, then McMahon may end up tormenting or otherwise punishing the dark and twisted Superstar.

Hardy called it a bit of a father/son relationship between Vince McMahon and Bray Wyatt.

When it worked, it really worked. Bray Wyatt was doing well in things like souvenir and apparel sales, even after he was released.

But if something was done that the boss did not like, McMahon tormented Bray Wyatt. At least, in some instances.

This new wrinkle does make you wonder if Wyatt would ever be interested in returning back to his former home.

The former world champion has remained a free agent since his stunning WWE release last year. He is currently working on a movie project, but does seem to desire an in-ring return.

Roman Reigns Next Opponents

From the hot free agent, to the hottest talent on the planet…it seems Roman Reigns has his next opponents lined up.

Specifically, his next opponents for the summer season.

According to some reports, Roman Reigns has his next opponents for the three upcoming summer major premium live events.

If you caught SmackDown on Friday, or even RAW earlier in the week…two of the opponents are going to be quite obvious.

Specifically, as plans stand at this moment, here are Reigns’ next opponents.

For Money In The Bank, it’s expected to be Riddle taking on Reigns.

Then, at SummerSlam, currently we have Randy Orton penciled in to battle the Tribal Chief.

And, in perhaps the most predictable match of the three?

At September’s Clash at the Castle, we can expect Drew McIntyre to take on Reigns.

I call that one the most predictable because Reigns and McIntyre have been squaring off a lot in non-televised matches, but their PPV bout has been delayed.

With that event basically being in Drew’s home town, and the first major WWE premium live event over in the UK in several decades…it’s a proper headline match.

They are all obvious opponents, and at the same time, not much to complain about.

At least, nothing outside of the likelihood that Reigns will still be the undisputed and unified champion as we head in to the last few months of 2022.

Meaning his historic run will simply continue.
