Sharon Osbourne may be off “The Talk,” but her feud with her former co-host Sheryl Underwood continues and she’s got the receipts to prove it.

The pair got into a heated discussion following Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Osbourne defended her friend Piers Morgan amid cries that he is racist because he challenged Meghan Markle’s story.

Osbourne was then painted as a racist for defending Piers. This eventually led to to her exit from the show.

“The Talk” Drama Continues

But, the drama continues. In the latest spat, Underwood stated on her podcast that Osbourne never apologized or tried to contact her.

Much like Meghan Markle’s story is crumbling, so is Sheryl Underwood’s.

Osbourne fiercely fired back at Underwood’s claim there was no contact between the two and that an apology was not offered by the ousted co-host.

She provided screenshots of her texts to Sheryl and she followed that up with questions of her own.

“I not only sent these messages to Sheryl but I apologized to her in person in her dressing room,” Osbourne said. “Why are you saying I never apologized Sheryl? What are you trying to do to me? Why are you trying to destroy my reputation? Just be honest. Tell me.”

Texts Prove Sheryl Underwood Wrong

From The Daily Mail

In the first message dated 7.28pm on March 12 – two days after the on-air row – Osbourne wrote: ‘Sheryl, My heart is heavy and I’m deeply saddened by the events that transpired on Wednesday.

‘I don’t want to lose my true friend over this. Im sorry for telling you to f**k off during break, I’m sorry for accusing you of fake crying while we were live on air and I’m sorry for losing my temper with you.

‘I felt shocked, scared and saddened by what felt like was a blind sided attack. You know me. You know how I’ve always had your back. We’ve outlasted everyone on this show and that’s because we’ve always been a team and had each other’s backs.

‘I consider you a genuine friend. If you want to talk on the phone over the weekend I’m here. Once again from the bottom of my heart I’m sorry.

‘Is there anything You need from me or that I can do to help you heal? Love and respect always – Sharon.’

Osbourne waited through three days of silence before sending another text to Underwood.

“Hi Sheryl. I know you’re taking space and I don’t want to disrespect that. I’m just reaching out because I want you [to] know I’m thinking about you.”

A follow up text on March 15th reads, “If you are willing, can we talk before Wednesday? Big kiss.”

Once again, Osbourne’s text went unanswered. After waiting another three days, she tried a third time.

On March 18th, Osbourne texted, “Sheryl I am thinking about you. Hope you are well. Sending my love.”

Warnings About Sharon Osbourne

Underwood also claims that she immediately bonded with Osbourne in 2011 when she joined “The Talk.”

She claims this happened despite warnings about Osbourne. Underwood claims those warnings have been validated “in hindsight.”

Despite making these accusations against Osbourne, Underwood has refused to say anything else about the warnings.

This clearly is personal. The on air spat can be watched in the video below.
