James Younger gender transition judge Jeff

A judge has stripped Texas father Jeffrey Younger of his ability to make decisions regarding his 8-year-old son James Younger’s physical and psychological care. According to a new report by Save James, Dallas Judge Mary Brown gave complete control to the mother who wants to transition their son James into a girl named Luna.

Texas Judge Reverses Previous James Younger Court Order

Jeffrey Younger won a pivotal legal battle last year after the #SaveJamesYounger hashtag went viral.

At the time, Jeffrey Younger was fighting for his son because James himself told his dad that he was a boy. This gave the father the ammunition he needed to intervene on his young son’s behalf.

Even Texas Governor Greg Abbott, Senator Ted Cruz, and Congressman Dan Crenshaw all advocated for the young boy.

Younger was awarded equal control over health and welfare decisions made on his son’s behalf. Including whether James would return to school as a boy or a girl.

This also meant mom, Dr. Anne Georgulas, would need dad Jeff’s consent to pursue a gender transition for their young son..

But, then James’s mother got that judge removed from the case. Now, Judge Mary Brown resides over the case.

Judge Brown reportedly reversed the previous’ judge’s decision, essentially shutting the father out of his parental rights.

New Judge Opens Door For James Younger Gender Transition

Judge Mary Brown ruled against the father without even allowing a hearing. He was denied the opportunity to properly fight for his son in her courtroom.

This brutal decision is life changing for James and his twin brother Jude as their mother has been awarded complete control over these decisions.

She even is able to have James undergo medical procedures to transition his gender.

The Save James Facebook page delivered the devastating news on Facebook. The page has been tracking the battle to #SaveJames with close cooperation from dad, Jeff.

James and Jude did NOT have a victory in court today. Judge Mary Brown has condemned James and Jude to a life of therapy, confusion, and abuse without even having a hearing. There are no other words for what has happened today.

She has forced James to live as “Luna” in a school surrounded by teachers and therapists who do not acknowledge that he has said multiple times to multiple people (without Jeff around) that he wants to be a boy and hates being forced to be a girl. She has forced Jude into a stressful existence of constant lies and misery as he watches his brother get destroyed before him without any hope for an end to this madness. Anne won this battle without even a hearing.

Dr. Anne Georgulas will be able to enroll James in school as Luna, the girl’s name she gave him. He will be subject to transition therapy and medical procedures against the wishes of his father.

Parental Rights

This is a painful decision for this family and anyone who fights for paternal rights.

Judge Brown is allowing the mother to have unilateral control over changing their child’s gender.

A special evidentiary hearing is scheduled for next month. No date has been given yet.

The Save James Facebook page says, “sneaking suspicion that this hearing will be used to solidify Anne’s dominance over Jeff. We are fighting for the well-being of two young boys and their lives are treated as secondary.”

Jeffrey Younger is reportedly in financial straits because of this legal battle. He is in need of help to afford to continue this fight for his son’s well-being.

Save James is asking for donations to help with legal bills and has raised over $60k as of the time of writing.
