Howard Stern Just Turned The Tables On Liberals Trying To Use Blackface, N-Word Clip Against Him

Howard Stern’s past antics came back to haunt him last week when liberals dug up a 1993 clip which he wore blackface and said the N-word repeatedly during a comedy sketch. Notably, the clip in question features Sherman Hemsley of “The Jeffersons” fame and also Stern’s co-host, Robin Quivers. Now, the radio shock jock is responding to all of the backlash. And he’s not apologizing.

1993 Clip Surfaces Of Radio Shock Jock Howard Stern In Blackface

Last week, filmmaker Tariq Nasheed took to Twitter to post an edited clip of Stern that begins with him being called out by “The View” cohost Sunny Hostin for his past use of the N-word.

Though Stern vehemently denies ever having used the N-word as the audience applauds him, this is quickly revealed to be a lie when Nashid’s video then cuts to a 1993 clip of Stern in blackface.

The controversial clip comes from Stern’s pay-per-view “New Year’s Rotten Eve Pageant”. The video shows him reenacting Ted Danson’s infamous blackface performance that he did that year alongside Whoopi Goldberg.

Stern portrays Danson wearing blackface as his longtime cohost Robin Quivers asks him questions that all have answers that involve the use of the N-word. The duo is joined by iconic 1970’s sitcom star Sherman Hemsley who played leading funny man George Jefferson.

When the audience is shocked by Stern’s character of Danson using the N-word, he responds by saying, “Whoopi wrote that.”

Shock Jock Uses ‘F—ing Crazy’ As His Defense

Stern addressed the backlash he has received in the days since this clip was posted to Twitter on his SiriusXM radio show Monday.

“The sh– I did was f—ing crazy,” the shock jock said, according to Deadline. “I’ll be the first to admit. I won’t go back and watch those old shows; it’s like, who is that guy. But that was my shtick, that’s what I did and I own it. I don’t think I got embraced by Nazi groups and hate groups. They seemed to think I was against them too. Everybody had a bone to pick with me.”

Stern went on to add that at the time, he upset people all all sides of the political spectrum on various different issues.

“The big headline is this, and this is my fear in all of this,” he added. “I was able to change my approach, able to change my life and change how I communicated. If I had to do it all over again, would I lampoon Ted Danson, a white guy in blackface? Yeah, I was lampooning him and saying, I’m going to shine a light on this. But would I go about it the same way now? Probably not. Not probably, I wouldn’t.”

Howard Stern Goes After Donald Trump Jr.

Stern then had some choice words for Donald Trump Jr., who had posted the scandalous clip on his own Twitter page.

“At the same point, I will say, it f*cking distresses me that Donald Trump Jr, and Donald, themselves won’t go into psychotherapy and change,” Stern said. “Why not change the way you’re approaching things because, wearing a mask is not a bad thing. Telling people the actual size of the crowd at your inauguration is okay. Attacking me during the coronavirus and Black Lives Matter is absolutely f*cking crazy, concentrating on me.”

“Dude, if you’re the president of the United States and you want to worry about me, go ahead,” he later added. “I don’t think I have much influence honestly. And breaking news: Howard Stern was absolutely insane and out of his mind. I would take on anything and say anything and do anything.”

It remains to be seen whether Howard Stern will be “cancelled” for his history of wearing blackface, but given the fact that the radio host is an anti-Trump leftist, we doubt he has much to worry about.

James Conrad

James Conrad’s passion for politics is only overshadowed by his longstanding interest in Hollywood. His unique perspective as a gay conservative fuels him to challenge celebrity views and those who think they have a right to tell anyone how to think or vote. James proudly wields his minority point of view to combat identity politics and cut through his typecast. Fun fact: James’ guilty pleasure is the British royal family.
