Kicked Out Of Court For Annoying Judge Judy!

Judge Judy has no tolerance for nonsense. She serves up justice in her courtroom and is not interested in settling bitterness from hurt feelings. A scorned ex-girlfriend quickly learned this lesson when she decided to take her former boyfriend to court.

Stephanie Binninger lived with her former boyfriend Dale Cleven. She was suing him for $5000 in utility bills, stolen property, and assault. Stephanie had a laundry list of things she wanted Dale to pay for, but they just didn’t add up as her reasons were rather nonsensical.

“I’m not your mother and I’m not your therapist,” the Judge quipped when it was quite clear that Binninger was simply feasting on sour grapes. “What’s next? I don’t do phone bills!”

The plaintiff was claiming she was assaulted but had the stupidest excuse as to why she didn’t have the documentation Judge Judy demanded. Binninger said the police refused to give her a copy of the police report. Anyone who has ever had to file a police report knows this is not accurate. The cops always give you a copy. It is also public record and very simple to obtain.

When it came time for the ex-boyfriend to discuss his counterclaim, Binninger lost it. She would not allow Dale or Judge Judy to speak. This is someone used to getting her way and the judge just doesn’t tolerate that behavior in her courtroom! Stephanie was quickly tossed out of court. Judge Judy is right. This woman needs a therapist for her control issues!
