Prince Harry has returned to England alone. The ginger prince is back for the unveiling of a statue for Princess Diana. His wife Megan and their children stayed home in California.
Harry and Prince William commissioned the statue which will be unveiled on July 1st. It’s anticipated to be an awkward time for the princely brothers who were only together briefly for their grandfather’s funeral.

The exiled prince has been slamming his family repeatedly in multiple interviews.
He and Meghan Markle have accused the Royal Family of racism, neglect, and abuse.
In addition, they have leaked details about recent private conversations with Prince William and Prince Charles to the media.
Trust has been severely violated so tensions must still be running high.

“In addition to close family of Diana, Princess of Wales, members of the statue committee, the sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley, and garden designer, Pip Morrison, will also be present. Further details about the statue and garden will be provided on July 1,” the statement continues.

Princess Diana Statue
The statue unveiling at Kensington Palace has been dramatically scaled back.
The ceremony was to be rather elaborate but now only will have a handful of guests mainly comprised of Spencer family relatives and Princes William and Harry.

The statue has been many years in the making. There were some problems early on determining what time of Diana’s life it would represent. It was initially to be unveiled in 2018 but Harry and Meghan’s wedding and Megxit delayed it to these more challenging times.
There will be a larger celebration in September. It is unknown if Prince Harry will return then.
