“Dukes of Hazzard” was a mainstay on American televisions in the 1970s. We loved tuning in to see Luke and Bo Duke run circles around Boss Hogg and Rosco Coltrane.

Liberals have tried to kill off our fond memories of the “Dukes of Hazzard.” They hate the fact that the Duke cousins’ car was the General Lee and had the Confederate flag on it. They try to put their politically correct standards on television shows from decades ago. Consumer Products even announced it wouldn’t be licensing anymore “Dukes of Hazzard” toys for this silly reason!

This is exactly why I still love the “Dukes of Hazzard.” Not only does it bring back a lot of good memories, but it’s another way to stick it to the liberals.

It seemed Bo and Luke were always escaping Roscoe. It’s amazing that Rosco and Boss Hogg never gave up. You’d think they would learn their lesson. They could never outrun or outdrive the Dukes.

In the video below, Rosco and Cletus chase the Duke cousins. They are no match for the General Lee. When they encounter some massive roadwork on a back country road, Bo does some slick driving to get through construction workers and ditch diggers to escape. Roscoe and Cletus didn’t have such luck.

Watch the video below for some fun memories!

Don’t try that at home! Not many of us can drive like Bo and Luke Duke could! My whole family would gather around the television to watch “Dukes of Hazzard.” What great memories!

It was always fun to watch the General Lee make big jumps. That car seemed to be able to fly! Every week, Bo and Luke had it going airborne. If this was your favorite part of the show, you will love the video below. It is a compilation of General Lee jumps!
