Rioters described as “violent anarchists” by the federal government continue destroying Portland, Oregon. Monday night, the mayhem continued in Portland as video captured an Antifa attack on a federal law enforcement agent. Journalist Andy Ngo, known for his Antifa coverage, is on the ground capturing video footage of these violent protests in Portland.
Over 50 Days Of Riots In Portland
These volatile riots have persisted in Portland for 50 days now.
On Monday night, the federal courthouse was being protected by federal agents. Rioters have continually targeted this building, and they weren’t about to let federal agents stand in their way.
Journalist Andy Ngo tweeted video of the violent confrontations. Of course, Andy Ngo is no stranger to Antifa.
In 2019, he was attacked and sustained a brain injury while covering Antifa riots in Portland. Now, Andy Ngo is suing the local Antifa group responsible for his grave injuries.

Ngo addressed one issue that was widely reported (and spun) by mainstream media from the ground.
There was significant outrage regarding videos of federal agents in unmarked vehicles arresting protesters with without explanation.
But, that’s not what Ngo encountered. It was the federal agents who were being attacked.
“This is why federal law enforcement were using vans and cars to make discreet arrests of violent suspects: Rioters surround and attack an officer in the process of making an arrest outside the courthouse. The suspect escapes,” Ngo tweeted along with the video below.

Protesters Attempt To Set Federal Courthouse On Fire
Portland’s violent protesters finally made their way through some of the barrier protecting the courthouse, as Ngo shared in another tweeted video.
The mob then attempted to shatter the glass so they could set the federal building on fire.

Portland police are not engaging the rioters since local officials appear to have little concern about the rioting. To safeguard public safety, the feds are now on the ground.

Government Forced To Intervene And Protect Federal Property
The federal government has a responsibility to defend the courthouse from domestic terrorists. It doesn’t matter of the City of Portland allows it. This is a federal building.
From Daily Wire:
“Each night, lawless anarchists destroy and desecrate property, including the federal courthouse, and attack the brave law enforcement officers protecting it,” Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf said. “A federal courthouse is a symbol of justice — to attack it is to attack America. Instead of addressing violent criminals in their communities, local and state leaders are instead focusing on placing blame on law enforcement and requesting fewer officers in their community. This failed response has only emboldened the violent mob as it escalates violence day after day. ”
“This siege can end if state and local officials decide to take appropriate action instead of refusing to enforce the law,” Wolf added. “DHS will not abdicate its solemn duty to protect federal facilities and those within them. Again, I reiterate the Department’s offer to assist local and state leaders to bring an end to the violence perpetuated by anarchists.”
When nightfall returns, we will likely see more of the same until these rioters’s mommies call them back home to the basement or the City of Portland takes a stand.
