CJ Hendry is known for her black and white artwork. Recently, she made a huge splash in the art world by going with some bold colors.

Christian Louboutin commissioned Titled Complimentary Colors for an exhibition in Hong Kong. CJ defied all expectations by creating blobs of paint by only using colored pencils.

These colorings look three-dimensional and appear to have loads of texture, but they actually have none. It’s a tremendous example of CJ’s talents, as you can see in the pictures below.

Amazing! I could stare at them for a long time and still not believe they weren’t created with paint. This type of art is called hyperrealism, meaning that it resembles a high-resolution photograph. That’s the perfect name for it because these look real!
