Over the past two months, liberals have been trying to cancel Candace Cameron Bure for saying that her new home network Great American Family “will keep traditional marriage at the core.”

Unfortunately for Cameron Bure’s haters, however, their efforts to take her down have failed miserably, as she’s now in celebration mode after Great American Family was named as the fastest-growing cable network!

Cameron Bure Celebrates GAF Success

Cameron Bure, 46, took to her Instagram Story this week to thank fans for helping Great American Family to become the “fastest-growing network in all of cable television.”

“Thank you for finding us and watching Great American Family Channel,” the former “Full House” star wrote.

This came after Great American Family announced that it had ended 2022 “ranked No. 1 in total day ratings growth in households (+113%) and No. 1 in prime-time ratings growth among all cable networks (+128%),” The Washington Examiner reported.

“Fourth Quarter 2022 viewership growth was driven by the network’s Great American Christmas franchise, which featured 18 original Christmas movies and fan-favorite stars including Candace Cameron Bure, Danica McKellar, Gladys Knight, Jen Lilley, and more,” the network said in a statement, which Cameron Bure linked to in her post.

Cameron Bure shocked everyone in April of last year when she announced that she was leaving the Hallmark Channel, which she had been working with for many years, to sign a deal with Great American Family. At the time, she said that she was “excited to develop heartwarming family and faith-filled programming.”

“I am constantly looking for ways that I can inspire people to live life with purpose,” Cameron Bure continued. “GAC fits my brand perfectly; we share a vision of creating compelling wholesome content for an audience who wants to watch programming for and with the whole family. Great, quality entertainment with a positive message is what my partnership with GAC is all about!”

Cameron Bure’s Traditional Marriage Controversy

In November, Cameron Bure became a target of the cancel culture mob when she said that “Great American Family will keep traditional marriage at the core.” Despite getting tons of backlash for this, Cameron Bure refused to back down and apologize, instead choosing to stand her ground.

“All of you who know me, know beyond question that I have great love and affection for all people,” she told Fox News. “It absolutely breaks my heart that anyone would ever think I intentionally would want to offend and hurt anyone.”

“It saddens me that the media is often seeking to divide us, even around a subject as comforting and merry as Christmas movies. But, given the toxic climate in our culture right now, I shouldn’t be surprised,” she continued. “We need Christmas more than ever. I am a devoted Christian. Which means that I believe that every human being bears the image of God. Because of that, I am called to love all people, and I do.”

Cameron Bure Looking To The Future

On New Year’s Day, Cameron Bure took to Instagram to express her excitement for 2023.

“I will have confidence in the Lord (not just in myself) and joy through every trial, hardship and circumstance because He has paved and lit my path,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself and her husband, the former professional hockey player Valeri Bure, who she’s been married to for 26 years.

“He calls us to endure,” she added. “Which brings us proven character and hope, which does not disappoint.”

Liberals can try to cancel Cameron Bure all they want to, but the success that she’s led Great American Family to just goes to show that she is not going anywhere. In the end, God is on Cameron Bure’s side, and things are only looking up for her and her network in 2023!
