Sami Zayn Sticking Around WWE?

Kevin Owens seemed to be partially out the WWE door. Then, we learned he signed a new contract and will be sticking around.

Now, that has people wondering about the future of Sami Zayn as the two are best friends. Some thought he would follow Owens and join AEW.

Since Owens is not AEW bound, Sami might follow a simple pattern. During a Q&A video, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful thinks Owens’ decision will help Sami make the same.

From the beginning of their WWE careers, Owens and Zayn have always been close. The night Owens debut in NXT, he attacked Sami after winning the NXT Championship.

Honestly, they have history going back to the Indy scene. That included a memorable run and feud in Ring of Honor.

Lately, Sami has been playing a conspiracy theorist type gimmick. Personally, it has been entertaining to watch.

While Owens become Universal Champion, there is doubt Sami can do the same. Although, wrestlers have showing support for Sami and think he deserves a legit chance to represent the company.

Their feud would continue on the main roster as they battled for years. WWE finally ended the angle in a final match, but those never last.

And, they eventually became a team together.

For the past year, Hook has been appearing on AEW TV besides Team Taz. Then, he made his in-ring debut on the December 8 edition of Dynamite.

Overall, his win over Fuego Del Sol was praised. For someone with little training, Hook showed lots of potential.

That praise was seen on social media and from wrestlers.

Even if his numbers on YouTube were impressive. So far, his debut was easily seen by over a million people.

Now, he is taking a spot CM Punk has held since August 20. Pro Wrestling Tees noted how Hook’s new t-shirt was the number one seller this week.

Punk even chimed in with a simple reply.

Hook’s t-shirt is now available for $24.99 on the ShopAEW website.

So far, there is no word on when Hook will return inside the ring. At only 22 years old and with his father being Taz, he could be a star.

Some are already seeing him as a future world champion. Although, that moment is still a ways away.
