Alec Baldwin’s Wife Hilaria Reveals He ‘Shushed’ Her While She Gave Birth To Their Son

Alec Baldwin’s wife Hilaria recently revealed that he “shushed” her while she was giving birth to their son. So, not only is Baldwin in the hotseat for allegedly firing a gun that killed Director of Photography Halyna Hutchins and injuring Director Joel Souza on the set of Rust, he’s also in the doghouse with his wife. Not a good time for Alec Baldwin.

Alec ‘Shushed’ Hilaria

Hilaria, who is a 37-year-old lifestyle influencer, revealed this on Instagram as she reacted to the headline “When my husband told me to shush during labor I knew our marriage was over.”

“Alec shushed me while I was in labor with Rafa,” Hilaria wrote in response, according to Page Six. “He was on the phone ‘Shush! Can you keep it down?’”

She went on to say that the moment that Alec, 63, said that, “he realized he sounded like an ass and he cowered.”

Hilaria ‘Kept The Marriage’ And ‘Went On To Have 522 Babies After’

Hilaria then joked that she “kept the marriage” and “went on to have 522 babies after.” She shares six children with Alec: Carmen, 8, Rafa, 6, Leonardo, 5, Romeo, 3, Eduardo, 1, and Lucia, also 1. The couple welcomed their sixth child, born via surrogate five months after Hilaria gave birth to Eduardo.

Alec’s wife also told her followers that she would spare them “the details of [her] reaction for now,” though she added that Alec “never” told her to hush in the maternity ward ever again. In another post, Hilaria said that her husband “pays for shushing me in labor by cleaning every bottle in the house.”

“Just kidding… That never happens,” she continued. “Perhaps he can start now.”

“Also not joking: Alec, roll up those sleeves and get ready to scrub in style,” she later added.

“In order to make more bottles for Alec to clean, I make more milk … and multitask eating lunch … because Mama’s time is limited,” she proceeded to caption a photo of herself breast-pumping while eating a salad.

Alec ‘Is Suffering From PTSD’

This comes two months after a gun Alec was holding went off on the set of his movie Rust, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza. Police are still investigating this shooting to see if anyone needs to be charged, but Alec has insisted he is not to blame for it.

“Someone put a live bullet in a gun. A live bullet that wasn’t even supposed to be on the property,” Alec said in a recent interview with George Stephanopoulos. “Someone is responsible for what happened, and I can’t say who that is, but I know it’s not me.”

Hilaria said last week that Alec is suffering from PTSD from this shooting.

“Now, my husband is suffering from PTSD right now,” she said on Instagram. “It’s something that’s not just from what happened recently, but he’s been suffering from this for a very, very, very long time. And these people know this and they want to poke at him and they want to upset him.”

It remains to be seen whether Alec will face any criminal charges for the shooting.
