When and where will next year’s Royal Rumble take place? According to Fightful Select, the front-runner to host the PPV is St. Louis, Missouri.

With that said, there’s been speculation that Seattle, Washington is in the running, too. However, WWE sources have been under the impression that St. Louis would host this Big Four PPV as of last month.

It’s important to note, nothing has been confirmed as of yet. WNZ will stay on top of this developing story.

Typically, the Royal Rumble takes place in January. In fact, it’s generally scheduled for the last Sunday of that month.

Still, the Fightful report notes that there has been quite a bit of talk that it could take place in February. No word on whether it would be early or later in the month.

If the WWE Royal Rumble is pushed back, this would be the first time this has ever happened in the event’s history. It’ll be interesting to see what happens.

Meanwhile, over at AEW, Max Caster is hinting at his departure from the promotion. Could he be leaving anytime soon?

AEW Wrestler Hints At Departure

Max Caster has been the center of some controversy in AEW as of late. Recently, while heading to the ring for a dark match, he referenced Olympian Simone Biles’ mental health during a rap.

The segment was edited out of the show, after the fact. Additionally, the wrestler was suspended for two months.
This was done without pay. Caster is also required to participate in sensitivity training.

Could Max Caster and AEW be parting ways because of his recent scandal? Something interesting occurred lately to hint at that fact.

An eBay listing appeared recently that was quickly taken down. It was by a seller with zero ratings, named “plat9022”.

The items being auctioned off were “ring-worn” AEW gear. The description for the listing notes that the seller wouldn’t be “needing” these things anymore.

The description adds that the gear was worn on Dynamite. The seller noted they wore the items in matches against the Young Bucks, Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley, MJF, and more.

It also states that the seller needs extra money this month. Noting that they would personalize an autograph on the kneepads if asked.

The eBay auctions started at $500. However, it was prematurely taken down before anyone began bidding.

It’s important to note that the wrestler still appears on AEW’s roster page. Still, Caster hasn’t been on TV programming since his controversial Simone Biles rap, which took place on August 3rd.

Will Max appear on AEW in two months? It’s hard to say.

The eBay auction certainly could make anyone feel as Caster and AEW have parted ways. Only time will tell.

Max Caster joined AEW in June 2020. He’s been wrestling since 2015.
