The divide in the Royal Family continues to widen after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle revealed details of phone calls with Prince William and his father to Gayle King.
Prince William is “deeply distressed” over this betrayal and feels the need to protect his wife Kate Middleton from future media onslaughts from his sister-in-law.
Markle told Oprah and the rest of the world that the rumors of her making Kate cry over flower girl dresses was false. Markle claims the reverse was true and that Kate made made her cry.
This has greatly upset Prince William as it appears to be a very public personal attack on his wife.
Prince William “Deeply Distressed” By Harry And Meghan
Gayle King reported that Harry and Meghan told her that conversations with his family were “not productive.”
King, who is Oprah Winfrey’s best friend, said the couple wants “healing.”
But, that runs counter to the fact they are airing the family’s dirty laundry and accusing them of being racist.
A royal source reports Prince William is “deeply distressed with Harry and Meghan’s decision to share private family conversations.”
In fact, royal biographer Penny Junor told People, “William is very protective of Kate and can get very angry. For Meghan to name Kate in a negative light is worse than being attacked himself.”
This is viewed as yet another extreme betrayal of trust and love from his own brother.

The Queen reportedly also finds the situation “very upsetting” as her 99-year-old husband continues being on the mend from a prolonged hospital stay. Prince Phillip is at home now after being in the hospital for almost a month.
In a statement Buckingham Palace said, “His Royal Highness wishes to thank all the medical staff who looked after him at both King Edward VII’s Hospital and St Bartholomew’s Hospital, and everyone who has sent their good wishes.”
Gayle King Acting As Meghan And Harry’s Spokesperson
“CBS This Morning’s” Gayle King is proving herself to be Meghan Markle’s mouthpiece on multiple fronts.
The two are now friends and King appears to have approval to speak on the actress-turned-Duchess’s behalf.
On her Sirius XM show, King attacked Piers Morgan for his failure to believe Markle’s claims.
The British broadcaster has been unapologetic in his critique of the Sussex’s treatment of the Royal Family.

Some of Markle’s accusations have already been disproven, such as Archie being his denied his “birthright” to be a Prince.
That doesn’t appear to matter to Gayle King as she helps manage this public relations war against Buckingham Palace.
As a great-grandson of the Queen whose parent is not the heir apparent, Archie is not entitled to this. Only Prince William’s children are.
A decree issued by King George V in 1917 limits the titles of prince and princess to the children of the monarch, children of the monarch’s sons and “the eldest living son of the eldest son of the Prince of Wales” — that’s William’s son Prince George.
Under the George V convention, Archie is not a prince, but will become one as the grandchild of a monarch once current heir to the throne Prince Charles is king.
Piers Morgan Confronts Gayle King
Piers Morgan took to Twitter to confront Gayle King and identify her as Meghan and Harry’s spokesperson.

Meghan and Harry are fanning the flames with the help of Oprah Winfrey and Gayle King.
