Tulsi Gabbard confronted Joy Behar on "The View" for parroting a recent smear by Hillary Clinton.

While appearing on “The View” Wednesday morning, 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, did not hesitate to confront cohost Joy Behar for accusing her of being a “useful idiot” for the Russians. For once, Behar was speechless.

And yes, folks, Tulsi Gabbard is a Democrat Representative out of Hawaii’s 2nd District who is running as a Democrat candidate for president no matter what ABC tries to tell you.

Tulsi Gabbard Immediately Confronts Joy Behar

As soon as she took the stage on the ABC talk show, Gabbard took control of the segment and turned to confront Behar.

“Some of you have accused me of being a traitor to my country, a Russian asset, a trojan horse, or a useful idiot I think was the term that you used,” Gabbard told Behar, according to Fox News.

“Well, useful,” Behar stammered, seemingly trying to defend her comments. She later added, “But that’s a Russian term, they use that.”

Joy Behar’s Response Falls Flat

Not having any of it, Gabbard shut Behar down. The 2020 Dem described herself as a “patriot” who “loves this country.” Behar then responded to this by listing out some people who have complimented Gabbard at various times.

“Franklin Graham finds you refreshing. He doesn’t find me refreshing. Richard Spencer, the white nationalist leader, says he could vote for you,” Behar said.

Gabbard could not help but laugh as she replied, “This is why I’m here — because you and other people continue to spread these innuendos that have nothing to do with who I am.”

Gabbard Goes After Joy Behar And Hillary Clinton

Getting down to business, Gabbard accused Behar of repeating what she described as “baseless accusations”. Gabbard was blindsided with the smear from former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton last month.

Seemingly out of nowhere, Clinton lashed out at Gabbard. She called the 2020 Democrat contender a “Russian asset” who is being “groomed” by the Kremlin to potentially run as a third party candidate and win the election for Trump.

For Gabbard, these kinds of accusations of betraying her country that have been hurled at her by the likes of Clinton and Gabbard are beyond the pail.

“I’m a soldier — because of the attacks on 9/11,” Gabbard said. “I enlisted in the military to go after and defeat and destroy the evil that visited us on that day. I’ve served now for over 16 years. I deployed twice to the Middle East during the height of the war where every single day I saw firsthand the terribly high human cost. It’s why I ran for Congress.”

By the end of the segment, Behar appeared to be unusually speechless for once.

Good For Gabbard

We applaud Gabbard for confronting Joy Behar. She bravely faced the baseless and, frankly, reprehensible accusations hurled at her by both “The View” cohost and Hillary Clinton.

Hollywood liberals like Behar are nothing more than ignorant mouthpieces for Clinton. They will parrot whatever she says, regardless of how ridiculous it is.

It’s truly sad that a veteran like Gabbard, who has valiantly served her country for years in the military, has to deal with essentially being called a traitor to her country by a buffoon like Behar.

Good for Gabbard for refusing to take this laying down.
