Whoopi Goldberg Debra Messing

Donald Trump’s presidency has made liberal Hollywood lose touch with reality. Leftwing actors are so hellbent on bringing down the President that they are willing to put the lives of his supporters in danger. But, even some well-known liberals have their limits as “Will & Grace” actress Debra Messing found out after she called for blacklisting Trump supporters. She got strong pushback and a public scolding from someone unexpected – “The View” host Whoopi Goldberg.

“Will & Grace” Co-Stars Want To Dox Trump Supporters

Along with her “Will & Grace” co-star Eric McCormack, Messing called for The Hollywood Reporter to publish the names of people attending a Beverly Hills fundraiser for President Trump. She wanted to publicly shame them, which in this day and age means that she wanted to destroy their reputations and cause them to be physically and emotionally stalked by her fellow members of the Resistance. Shortly after Messing tweeted, McCormack followed suit claiming that he wanted this publicized so he could avoid working with Trump supporters. This information is all a matter of public record, so this dynamic duo could have easily looked it up themselves. But, they really wanted these people to be doxxed for not towing their leftwing agenda.

Messing Went Too Far Left Even For Whoopi Goldberg

That was enough for Whoopi Goldberg. She unloaded on this pair on “The View,” reminding them of the McCarthy days. Messing and McCormack’s doxxing dog whistles were so egregious that even Joy Behar agreed with Whoopi. RELATED: Debra Messing Fooled By Anti-Trump Media, Loses Her Mind On Twitter

“Listen, the last time people did this, people ended up killing themselves,” Goldberg angrily said. “This is not a good idea, OK?”

“Your idea of who you don’t want to work with is your personal business,” the host continued. “Do not encourage people to print out lists because the next list that comes out, your name will be on and then people will be coming after you.”

Whoopi even went so far to stand up for Trump supporters reminding the audience that everyone has the right to vote for whomever they choose without being harassed or threatened.

“We had something called a blacklist and a lot of really good people were accused of stuff,” Whoopi stated. “Nobody cared whether it was true or not. They were accused. And they lost their right to work. You don’t have the right! In this country, people can vote for who they want to. That is one of the great rights of this country.”

“You don’t have to like it, but we don’t go after people because we don’t like who they voted for,” Whoopi reminded the audience. “We don’t go after them that way. We can talk about issues and stuff, but we don’t print out lists.”

Messing felt the heat after being called out for such outrageous behavior. Both she and McCormack tried to issue a non-apology apology, but it fell rather flat.

It is never right to dox people to promote your political agenda. Messing and McCormack are getting a taste of how wrong they are. Hopefully more people will join in on holding these extremists accountable for their behavior.
