– As many may be aware by now, Sami Zayn defeated The Monster Among Men last night during RAW in a Falls Count Anywhere match to snag Braun Strowman’s spot in the Money in the Bank (MITB) men’s ladder match. This had many WWE fans raise their eyebrow, especially with rumors running rapid around the fact that Strowman has received some backstage heat for botching up spots within WM 35; however, while it seems that he hasn’t had much of a push since the Grandest Stage of Them All, the reason behind Braun being pulled from the match is due to something else.

As per Wrestling Observer Radio’s Dave Meltzer, while Strowman is dealing with an injury right now, this also isn’t the reason he was pulled from the MITB pay-per-view; Braun losing his spot to Zayn will be part of a bigger and longer storyline set to unravel over the coming weeks. There’s no more information on Strowman’s injury, but the report indicated that it is not bad enough where he needs time off.
– Last night fans were eerily surprised to see Bray Wyatt reveal a darker side to himself during his most-recent Firefly Fun House segment. Wyatt would pull out a horrific mask that could terrify any child (or adult for that matter), and revealed a terrifying secret: seems he’s not all the sunshine and rainbows that a host of a kids show should be.
Wondering who was behind the mask that somewhat mimics the Joker? Horror makeup and special effects legend Tom Savini hopped on Twitter last night to let the world know that he and his team created the new and incredible mask for Bray Wyatt. See tweet below.

This isn’t the first time Savini and team have worked with the WWE. They were behind Rowan’s mask in 2017, Harper’s mask for WM 34, as well Kalisto’s mask and ring gear during WM 33. They’ve also worked with HHH on pieces for him, too.
