Expert Warns Meghan Must Drop Hollywood A-List Lifestyle

In the months since Meghan Markle has joined the British royal family, many have noticed that she is acting more like a leftwing Hollywood A-lister than a princess. Now, a royal expert is speaking out to warn Meghan that this is not such a good idea if she wants to last as a member of the British royal family.

“I think what Meghan has got to realize is that she cannot live life in the royal family like an A-list Hollywood star and that within the monarchy it demands a very different set of behaviors,” explained royal expert Anna Pasternak. “She doesn’t understand that she cannot be this international star on this global stage, that is the Queen, then Charles, then William and Kate— they have to be the stars that’s what ensures continuity in the monarchy.”

Fox News reported that Pasternak went on to explain that the British royal family has outlasted many other royal families in Europe because they have always adhered to a strict set of rules that has ensured their longevity. She warned that Meghan’s Hollywood-like tendency to make everything about herself could be very bad for the Royals.

“The house of Windsor has done incredibly well to stay together when many other European royal houses have collapsed, and they’ve done it because they recognize who has to be the main event,” Pasternak said. “She seems to want to bring her own style into the monarchy and I don’t think that’s appropriate and I don’t think it’s going to work long term.”

Pasternak pointed out that Meghan has already shown a flagrant disregard for royal rules by doing things like attending a $500,000 baby shower that was thrown for her by her Hollywood A-list friends. The expert found this to be a move that was both distasteful and hypocritical of Meghan.

“I thought that was in very poor taste actually when the country is in a state of extreme anxiety and flux and many people are suffering financially I think you can’t have it both ways,” she said. “I don’t think you can on the one hand say to people, ‘save the planet, save plastic,’ and then be revving up a massive carbon footprint going for a lavish baby shower in New York. I don’t think it looks good and I don’t think it’s appropriate.”

Expert alleges there is a feud between Meghan and Kate

Pasternak also claimed that there is indeed a rift between Meghan and her brother and sisters-in-law, Prince William and Kate Middleton.

“I think they’re undoubtedly true. William is very responsible, he knows what his role is and Kate has come alongside that and executed that extremely well,” she said. “I think it’s quite difficult to have had Meghan who seems to want to modernize and set her own agenda and you can’t have it all. You cannot have your freedom and this privilege, so it is a Faustian pact. It’s not a fairy tale and [Markle needs to] recognize that and live with consequences.”

Pasternak hits the nail on the head with these statements. Meghan may not like the numerous royal rules that she has had to follow since marrying Prince Harry, but these rules were put in place for a reason: to ensure the longevity of the royal family. Throughout her 67 years on the British throne, Queen Elizabeth has made sure that the future generations of her family would have the opportunity to have the same longevity as royals as she has. All they need to do is follow certain rules that include remaining politically neutral and not being ostentatious about their wealth.

If Meghan continues to break these rules and behave like a liberal Hollywood elitist rather than a member of the royal family, she may just bring all the Royals down with her when she goes down in flames.
