Fed Up Mom Teaches Entitled Son A Lesson For Teasing Poor Students!

Parents across the country are cheering a Georgia mom for teaching her “entitled” teen a much-needed lesson after he teased kids who have to shop at Goodwill.

Cierra Forney didn’t want her son to think he was better than anyone else. She had enough of his degrading comments about buying clothes at Walmart.

The mom wrote: “So lately, my 13 year old son had been acting a little… entitled. Acting like he’s too good to shop at Wal-Mart or making snarky comments about kids at school who shop at the goodwill and quite a few other things. I don’t tolerate that. Today, he took his own 20.00 to the goodwill to buy clothes to wear the entire week to school. Whatever he found is what he would have to wear. He isn’t happy and shed a few tears but I firmly believe in 15 years he will look back and laugh at the day his Mom made him shop at goodwill. I want to teach my kids that money isn’t everything and if you have to degrade other people because of where they shop, then you too will shop there. Side note, I love the goodwill!!”

Her viral post, which you can see below, struck a chord with a lot of parents who understand this battle against disrespect and entitlement. It has already been shared over 200,000 times!

That will teach him to appreciate what he has and to respect people who don’t have the same. It will also provide him with a valuable lesson of not spending more money than he needs to! This is an appropriate punishment by my book!

While much of the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, she did get some criticism from people who don’t believe in disciplining their children. Some even said Cierra shouldn’t have posted it on Facebook. But, she put the haters to shame by saying that she spoke with her son before she posted it. Her son now realizes that he doesn’t need named brand stores to dress.

Share this if you think her son learned a valuable lesson!
