Dean Martin is arguably the most beloved star of all time. His talent knew no boundaries. He was a terrific singer and incredibly funny. Everyone wanted to be his friend and he appeared to be a friend to everyone he met.
Italian singer Catarina Valente appeared on Dean’s show and they hit it off like old friends. In the video below, you can watch them playfully sing “One Note Samba.” The crowd loved it and you will, too!
We don’t have anything like this on TV anymore. Shows like Dean Martin’s allowed families to gather around the television together. Everyone enjoyed it and it was family friendly. I miss that!
