Coyote And Crow Bring Old Time Mountain Music To The Big City – I Can’t Keep My Foot From Stomping!

Everyone loves hearing banjos – even in New York City! Coyote and Crow are a married couple that perform throughout the Big Apple. They are well appreciated and when you hear them, you’ll understand why!

The couple is described as the “White Stripes of Bluegrass.” Their genre is a blend of Americana, bluegrass, and Rock. Their modified upright banjo sure does catch people’s attention, but so does their music.

In the video below, Coyote and Crow perform outside a NYC subway station.  Give it a listen. You probably didn’t expect to hear mountain music in New York, but they really nail it!

Terrific! The pair live in Brooklyn and are one of New York’s most well known buskers. It’s great to see this type of music being appreciated in the hustle and bustle of New York!
