North Korea’s propaganda machine is back at it again. This time they are claiming the United States and the CIA have a plot to try to assassinate Kim Jong Un with chemical weapons.
I don’t think most Americans would shed a tear if North Korea’s Supreme Madman was a casualty of a conflict, but the United States would never use chemical weapons.
In the North Korean news report, which you can see below, it is stated that a generically named man is plotting with the CIA and South Korean Intelligence to assassinate Kim Jong Un.
What’s ironic is that Kim Jong Un’s half-brother was assassinated recently using nerve gas. The North Korean leader is suspected of being involved in his brother’s assassination. It appears they are projecting their own actions in this latest propaganda.

Tensions are heightened in the Korean Peninsula. The Trump Administration has threatened increased sanctions if North Korea has a 6th nuclear test. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson also threatened sanctions on secondary companies doing illicit business with that country.
