Bialik is known for her role as Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler, Sheldon Cooper’s fiancée, on “The Big Bang Theory.” She got her start on television when she was 14 years old on “Blossom.” And, her new show “Call Me Kat” just got picked up for a second season.
Bialik Guest Hosts ‘Jeopardy!’
“It is an incredible honor to guest host “‘Jeopardy!,'” Bialik said as she opened the show, according to Yahoo News.
“I was raised in a very creative and academic family, but it wasn’t until high school that I fell in love with science, and that love led me to a PhD in neuroscience. I so appreciate that ‘Jeopardy!’ is a show that tests all aspects of intellect and allows the brightest minds to shine.”

Bialik also took to Twitter after the show to post a video in which she explained that she rarely watches herself back on television, but she made an exception in this case.
“It’s the only thing I’ve ever enjoyed watching myself in, mostly because I’m barely on camera,” she said.
“I watched myself and had all sorts of criticisms,” Bialik joked. “My kids were like ‘what’s with your voice?’ and, first of all, that was me trying to put on my best ‘Jeopardy!’ voice. I was trying to sound friendly and cerebral.”
“Anyway, my kids didn’t tease me too badly. I liked my blazer, I wish my waist was smaller, but I was pretty happy,” she concluded. “It was so surreal, it was very surreal to see myself there and I don’t know if I’ll get to watch every night…”
So I never watch myself back on camera. Like… ever. But I did tonight with my boys because, well, it’s @Jeopardy! Just wanted to share my thoughts & say thank you to those who tuned in!! 💙 Now I’m off to sleep because it’s bedtime for me over here on the East Coast. Night 💤🌙 pic.twitter.com/GfvHYMMU0S

Bialik Is Latest ‘Jeopardy’ Guest Host
Bialik is set to continue guest hosting through June 11.
She is the latest in a long line of guest hosts to take over “Jeopardy!” in the wake of the death of Alex Trebek, who passed away in November.
Aaron Rodgers hosted the show in April and teased that he would love to become the permanent host of “Jeopardy!” if asked.
Guest hosts will continue to be booked for the next few months until a permanent host of the game show is named.
While there will never be another just like Alex Trebek, it’s fun to see celebrities trying their hand at hosting.
