Gordon Ramsey doesn’t have a problem saying what he thinks. The chef doesn’t hold back when he’s upset. And he really had a lot to say when he encountered a restaurant that broke nearly every rule in the book with regards to sanitation.

He was not impressed with the dining room but never expected what he was about to encounter in the kitchen. Everything was cross-contaminated. There were desserts in the refrigerator with cooked and raw meat. Some meat was even rotten.

The meat thermometers that are used to check the temperature of the meat you order are kept in holes in the wall. There was even mold on the doors. Watch the video below and you’ll understand why Gordon called this operation “criminal” and immediately ordered them to stop serving food. Obviously Gordon throws around a lot of swear words, but they deserve every one of them!

I can almost smell that rotting meat. This makes me never want to eat out again! What a horror show!
