Jason Aldean ‘Excited’ For Christmas With His Young Children – They’re At ‘The Perfect Age’

Jason Aldean is known as one of the most famous country music stars in the world, but at home, he’s just known as a dad who loves his two young children more than anything.

Going into Christmas this weekend, Jason is more excited for the holiday than ever, as the children he shares with his beloved wife Brittany are finally at the “perfect age” to enjoy the festivities. 

Aldean ‘Excited’ For Christmas

“Oh, it’s fun, you know?” Jason told ABC Audio. “Memphis will be 5 and Navy‘s 3. She’s almost 4. So it’s like the perfect age for them, you know? And it’s really fun.”

“As a parent, you get excited about waking up, and watching them be excited and do all those things,” he added. 

After spending much of 2022 on tour, Jason is focused on soaking up time with his family during the holidays.

“For us, it’s about just spending some family time,” he explained. “We’re gone, I’m traveling a lot throughout the year. So holidays are a time where I try to be home and spend as much time with them as possible, and kind of soak in all those memories and things like that.”

While Jason isn’t set to go on tour again until February 9, when he performs in Scottsdale, Arizona, he’s scheduled to play at “New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash,” which you can watch on CBS on December 31.

Aldean Family Vacation

Country Now reported that Jason, Brittany, and their two children just got back from a vacation to Telluride, Colorado.

Tagging along with them on this trip were Jason’s sister, Kasi Rosa, her husband, Chuck Wicks, and their son, Tucker. Jason’s cousin, Logan Crosby, and their longtime friends, Dee Jay Silver and Jenna Perdue, came on this vacation along with their respective children as well. 

The trip was a huge success, as everyone seemed to have a blast in the snowy mountainside town!

“Feeling so grateful to be surrounded by friends and family during the holiday season. If you haven’t been to Telluride, it’s a bucket list kinda place ♥️,” Brittany wrote on Instagram afterwards.

Jason also took to social media after the vacation to share a photo of himself with Brittany.

“Colorado has been a blast but I’m ready to get back home and thaw out. #wheresthebeach?.” he wrote in the caption.

Jason’s Double Album

This was quite a year for Jason, as he released his hugely successful double album, Macon, Georgia, in the Spring.

“Where you were raised has such a big influence on who you become and for me, it’s no different…especially from a music standpoint,” Aldean previously said. “My little hometown of Macon was heavily instrumental in my musical background.”

“Growing up in an environment that was a crossroads between Country music, Southern rock, blues and R&B, it was just natural to blend different sounds in my on way,” he continued.

Jason is one of the hardest-working people in country music these days, so he certainly deserves both this vacation and a great Christmas with his family. We would like to wish all of the Aldeans a very Merry Christmas this year!
