Nightbirde’s GoFundMe Page Success
Thousands of fans donated to Nightbirde’s GoFundMe page after she announced that her cancer had “taken a turn for the worse.” She couldn’t continue with the reality television competition because “the fight with cancer is demanding all of my energy and attention.”
Nightbirde felt that she had no choice but to start a GoFundMe page because she now requires cancer treatments that are not paid for by insurance.
“It pains me to ask again for money, but I ask as Moses did when he needed water, and he spoke to the rock; as the friend banging on his neighbor’s door asking for bread in the night,” she explained on her page. “Not because I am entitled to your help, but because I desperately need it.”
As of this writing, the GoFundMe page has raised $553,653, and that number is likely only going to climb higher and higher.
So many people are pulling for her and sharing their love for her on social media:
"I have a 2% chance of survival but 2% is not zero.
2% is something and I wish people knew how amazing it is."Wondering how @_nightbirde is feeling today.❤️

‘I Believe My Story Is Far From Over’
“I believe my story is far from over, and I just need a little more to get through to the other side,” Nightbirde who’d real name is Jane Marczewski concluded on her page. “I love you, and thank you for being heroes in my story.”
Nightbirde was considered to be a frontrunner in the competition on “America’s Got Talent” this season, which is why it was particularly devastating when she was forced to drop out earlier this month.
“Since my audition, my health has taken a turn for the worse and the fight with cancer is demanding all of my energy and attention,” she said at the time. “I am so sad to announce that I won’t be able to continue forward on this season of ‘AGT.’ Life doesn’t always give breaks to those that deserve it—but we knew that already.”
Words cannot express my gratitude to have support and prayers coming in from all over the world and endless support from the @AGT family. Thank you all! #seeJaneWinAgain #itsOk #nightbirde https://t.co/Mb9EVz8kGG
