Conservative personality Candace Owens has given her thoughts on last week’s fatal on-set shooting involving Alec Baldwin, and the Hollywood liberal is not going to like what she had to say.

Owens Sounds Off

“Alec Baldwin spent 4 years dedicated to painting Donald Trump and his supporters as evil murderers,” Owens tweeted. “What has happened to Alec would be an example of poetic justice if it weren’t for the actual innocent people that were murdered by him. Pray for their families. So sad.”

Candace Owens then later clarified, “Will correct that last tweet to say Alec Baldwin *killed* someone- not murdered someone, as murder carries a different legal definition. Literally not one single thing that Alec Baldwin has said about Donald Trump and his supporters is going to age well.”

Baldwin’s History And Shooting

Daily Mail reported that Baldwin is a lifelong Democrat who spent years negatively portraying Trump on “Saturday Night Live.” He also spent much of his presidency shaming Trump and his supporters.

“Bury Trump in a Nazi graveyard and put a swastika on his grave,” Baldwin said after the 2020 election. “The majority of Americans made the right choice. Trump is a maniac.”

Last Thursday, cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed on the set of the movie Rust when Baldwin fired a prop gun that had accidentally been loaded with real bullets.

“There are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother and deeply admired colleague of ours,” Baldwin tweeted afterwards.

“I’m fully cooperating with the police investigation to address how this tragedy occurred and I am in touch with her husband, offering my support to him and his family,” he added. “My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna.”

Baldwin ‘Hysterical’ And ‘Inconsolable’

Baldwin is said to have been “hysterical and absolutely inconsolable for hours” after the accidental shooting and is now looking “to take some time to himself and re-center himself.”

Police are currently still investigating Hutchins’ death, and it is unknown at this time if any charges will be filed.

“Halyna inspired us all with her passion and vision, and her legacy is too meaningful to encapsulate in words,” Hutchins’ husband Matthew posted on social media. “Our loss is enormous, and we ask that the media please respect my family’s privacy as we process our grief. We thank everyone for sharing images and stories of her life.”

What happened to Hutchins was an unbelievable tragedy. However, after being shamed by Baldwin for years, millions of Trump supporters likely won’t be unhappy to see Baldwin getting some heat for her death.

After all, Baldwin would be the first person to “cancel” a Trump supporting star if he had done this same thing.
