Alec Baldwin should arguably be more grateful to Donald Trump than the average American, as Trump made him relevant again as a star in Hollywood thanks to Baldwin’s impression of the President on “Saturday Night Live”. Despite this, Baldwin loves nothing more than bashing Trump and his supporters, which he does so regularly on social media. But Alec Baldwin’s latest rant where he compares Trump to Hitler really takes the cake.

Yesterday, actor Alec Baldwin went off on yet another rant against Trump on Twitter, and this might just be his worst one yet. Unfortunately for the 61-year-old Baldwin, however, social media users were quick to let him know just how offensive his rants really are.
“It’s official. The United States government is as lawless as the malignant dictatorships we’ve hated in our foreign policy since WWII,” Baldwin tweeted, according to Fox News. This tweet came after the Department of Justice revealed plans to have the sentence of former Trump associate Roger Stone reduced.

Not stopping there, Baldwin got back on social media hours later to warn Americans about how fascism has come about throughout history.
“Remember that fascistic thinking takes hold when a standard of living is threatened consistently,” wrote Baldwin, who suddenly sees himself as a history expert. “People think that things are changing, and downward for most Americans. And that this will become the new normal. They are wholly directed by $.”

Baldwin ended his little history lesson by comparing Trump to Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler. How original!
“You wonder how Hitler took control of a once great country. For those of you too young to recall the War or its aftermath, simply watch how this GOP-controlled Senate behaves,” Baldwin wrote. “Their sniveling fealty and lack of courage. And you begin to get it.”

Baldwin has been an overpaid member of the liberal elite for decades, so he it’s no surprise that he has lost touch with the plights of the average working Americans who Trump is helping. It is astounding, however, that Alec Baldwin is such a narcissist that he continues to think the rest of us are taking any of his political rants seriously. Who does he think he is, lecturing the rest of us about how to vote and how to think about politics?
It drives an egomaniac like Baldwin crazy that Trump doesn’t give a hoot what he thinks about him. Unlike his predecessor Barack Obama, Trump has far more important things to do than cater to the elites of Hollywood. Baldwin can whine as much as he wants, but Trump isn’t listening: he’s too busy making America great again.
