Steve Stephens, the Ohio Facebook killer is still on the loose.

It is imperative that he is caught and brought to justice for the murder of Robert Godwin.

But Stephens isn’t the only one who should pay for his crime.

His mother was privy to his rampage, and could have called the cops to stop him.
