The strapless gown, from The Blonds/Summer 2009 collection, featured over-the-top glamour, incorporating elements like glitter, spikes, intricate designs, and corsets. While Spears styled it with black fishnet stockings and platform heels, Sweeney updated the look with metallic Rene Caovilla heels that mirrored the dress’s incredible vibe.
In addition to her birthday bash, Sweeney also took part in a photo shoot that subtly recreated Spears’ iconic album cover.
