Is there anything Sydney Sweeney can’t do? She’s an actress, sure. Restores her own vintage cars, yes. And now, she hops on a surfboard and apparently just picks it up without a hitch.
Sweeney posted video to Instagram showing off her “water surfing” skills to fans. It also served as a convenient pitch for Bai, the flavored water company she collaborates with.
“Water surfing for my first time ever celebrating National Raspberry Day with my @drinkbai flavor ~raspberry~ lemon lime!” she announced.
“Kind of proud of myself,” Sweeney adds with a smiley emoji.

Fans Are Loving Sydney Sweeney On A Surfboard
As you might imagine, the flavored water company was impressed with Sydney Sweeney’s skills on the water.
“You can really do it all,” Bai replied. “Happy National Raspberry Day, Syd!”
Sweeney has been a very able spokesperson for the company for some time. If you’re able to get your eyes past everything else, check out this pitch she posted on Instagram.
Fans responded to Sydney Sweeney’s surfing video by describing her alternately as “gorgeous,” “hot,” and “so talented.”
All of those adjectives are correct.
Another fan joked that her stunt on the water was even better than Tom Cruise rappelling down from the top of Stade de France at the Paris Summer Olympics.
“Sidney> tom cruise,” they quipped.

Producer Claimed She’s Not Pretty
The Mix has already covered Sydney Sweeney’s various other skills outside of acting, including videos she’s posted restoring her own Ford Bronco.
In an interview with Wall Street Journal Magazine, Sweeney also revealed that she functions on just a few hours of sleep per night and “never tried coffee before.”
But not everybody is enamored with her.
Producer Carol Baum said that she doesn’t understand the hype around Sweeney, as she is “not pretty” and “she can’t act.”
Not. Pretty. What?
Respectfully, we disagree.
Slate also went after Sweeney, saying the actress’s assets weren’t as great as people were trying to make you believe.
“How sad that a woman in the position to share her expertise and experience chooses instead to attack another woman,” a Sweeney representative said in a statement following Baum’s comments.
Sweeney is considered to be one of the most budding starlets in Hollywood right now. Her videos on social media show she’s just a regular down-to-earth gal.
Don’t let the haters get to you, Syd. Just keep making amazing videos for your fans to enjoy.
