She’s all about that drama!
In a recent TikTok, Meghan Trainor weighs in on Ashley Tisdale’s reaction to the mom group drama on Thursday. The All About That Bass singer addressed the viral drama going around with a specific mom group that Tisdale has bashed, and even published an essay for The Cut about it, as well as posting about it on her personal blog, By Ashley French.
Trainor wrote, “Me finding out about the apparent mom group drama” across her video on TikTok, which showed her sitting at her computer, shocked and furiously typing while sipping tea.
She captioned the video “#stilldontcare” and set the audio for her new single Still Don’t Care.
Trainor, who is the mom of two boys, is one of the famous members in the group along with Mandy Moore and Hilary Duff.
But Trainor isn’t the only one addressing the accusations of being a ‘toxic’ mom friend group. Before Trainor, Duff, and Moore felt “blindsided” by French’s decision to air her issues publicly. And since then, Samii Ryan, another member of the group, reposted a shady post on Instagram to share her feelings about the matter.
Along with that, Duff’s husband shared his own opinion through Instagram Stories, mocking Tisdale’s Instagram post sharing her essay from The Cut.
Commenters have since praised Trainor for her response, saying that they love how unproblematic she is. Many have gushed over the fact that she’s been too busy “taking over pop music” to worry about the drama in the group.
Many fans have spoken out against Tisdale for her behavior, calling her out on being the one who’s problematic by voicing these issues publicly.
