The Coldplay kiss scandal was one of the biggest moments this year. The intimate moment between Kristin Cabot and Andy Byron was aired for the world to see, along with the awkward moment where they flew away from each other after being shown on the big screen.
It went so viral that even celebrities and actors have made comments, including Gwyneth Paltrow. And recently, Kristin Cabot slammed Gwyneth Paltrow for her snarky comments about the scandal.
Ex-Astronomer HR exec Kristin Cabot was seen being embraced with CEO Andy Bryon at a Coldplay concert this year. And Paltrow, previously married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, filmed an Astronomer ad mocking the HR chief for her alleged affair with her boss.
The clip caused a full investigation, which showed that both were legally married at the time, and both parties have since left the company.

In a July video, Paltrow was seen as the tech company’s “temporary spokesperson.” While she didn’t explicitly address the awkward moment, she did joke about the new interest in the company by saying, “We’ve been thrilled to see so many people suddenly interested in data workflow automation.”
Cabot has finally broken her silence about the widely circulated clip, saying that those moments were just a “bad decision.” She told Times that she had “a couple of High Noons and danced and acted inappropriately with my boss.”
Cabot has also called out Paltrow’s involvement with the viral incident, calling out her company, Goop, saying, “I was such a fan of her company, which seemed to be about uplifting women,” Cabot told The Times. “And then she did this. I thought, ‘How dare she after the beating she got for all the conscious uncoupling stuff.’ What a hypocrite.”
According to the interview, Cabot got rid of her Goop products in protest.
“I think as a woman, as women always do, I took the bulk of the abuse,” Cabot continued. “People would say things like I was a ‘gold-digger’ or I ‘slept my way to the top,’ which just couldn’t be further from reality. The amount I sacrificed to get where I did in my career, the amount of hands I’ve had to take off my ass over the years, comments I’ve had to swat away from men.”
Cabot also confirmed that she filed for divorce from her second husband. “I’m sure a lot of people will say, ‘This is such a dead story, why bring it back up?’ But it’s not over for me, and it’s not over for my kids. The harassment never ended.”
