The world is still in shock over the assassination of the conservative activist Charlie Kirk. He was tragically shot dead on Wednesday while speaking at Utah Valley University. Kirk was only 31 years-old. As of Friday morning, Kirk’s assassin has been apprehended.

Now, the legendary comedienne Roseanne Barr is speaking out to pay tribute to Kirk.

‘He Was The Very Best…’

Hours after Kirk’s death, Barr took to Facebook to honor him.

“He was the very best of our movement,” wrote Barr, 72. “What a shining example he was. He is now both a saint and a martyr. My heart is broken for his beautiful family.”

Barr also took to X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, to send a message to conservatives who may be frustrated with radical leftists that appeared to be celebrating Kirk’s murder.

“Ignore the demons. Especially online,” Barr advised. “They want you angry and traumatized. Band together in love for Charlie.”

Barr later doubled down on this in a separate post.

“Just sit back and witness all the demons today. Don’t engage,” she told her fans. “This is their plan. Traumatize you and then mind control you when you’re in that state. Stay strong and pray. Be close to God. Let all the people who hate G0d show themselves. The demonic woke left and demonic woke right have one common enemy: let them show you who they are today. Witness it.”

Kirk’s Murder ‘Was A Turning Point’

Barr later let loose on a social media account that attempted to blame Kirk’s assassination on Israel.

“Yesterday was a turning point for Israel U.S. relations,” the post in question read. “Less than 24 hours and the internet already figured out who the most likely culprit was. He was their friend. He basically dedicated his life to them. And they murdered him in front of his family. Israel just shot themselves.”

Barr, however, was not having any of it.

“Oh, It was a turning point all right,” she fired back. “Accounts like this are now exposed for the demonic and hardened hearts. It’s truly biblical. We must witness it. They are showing you EXACTLY who they are.”

“Sane and rational people on all sides must band together and cast out our demons. Only then can we heal together,” she continued. “Jew, Muslim, Christian, Democrat, Republican, libertarian…. Extremism is in all our ranks and is a cancer on mankind. Witness it. Don’t excuse it. Shine the light of G0d on it. Demons can’t handle light. Blind them with yours.”

Kirk’s History

Kirk was only 18 years-old when he founded Turning Point USA back in 2012. This is a conservative organization that is popular on college campuses around the country. Kirk was known for playing a huge role in mobilizing young voters to vote for Donald Trump in last year’s presidential election.

“One of the reasons why we got Trump is Charlie Kirk,” the former Fox News host Megyn Kelly said after Kirk’s death. “We all play our part in some small way, but there is no denying the effect Charlie Kirk had on this election.”

Trump took to Truth Social to honor Kirk immediately after his death was announced.

“No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie,” Trump wrote. “He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family. Charlie, we love you!”

What happened to Kirk is nothing short of horrifying, and should be universally condemned regardless of politics. We applaud Barr for speaking out to honor Kirk when many of her fellow celebrities are staying silent.

Kirk is survived by his wife Erika and by their two young children. Please join us in saying a prayer for them.

Rest in peace, Charlie Kirk.
