King Charles has spent over a year battling an unspecified form of cancer. Now, some sad reports are coming in about this cancer battle. If these reports are correct, it’s not looking good for Charles.

Charles’ Cancer Allegedly Incurable

A bombshell new report has alleged that Charles, 76, will die “with” but not “of” cancer. According to this report, Charles’ cancer is considered to be incurable. Indeed, this is the case for a lot of older individuals battling cancer.

This report comes from the respected royal writer and associate editor of the U.K. Daily Telegraph, Camilla Tominey. She alleges that because of his health struggles, Charles will never actually move to Buckingham Palace.

“The talk now is that he may die ‘with’ cancer, but not ‘of’ cancer following a rigorous treatment program,” Tominey wrote.

Tominey went on to claim that planning for Charles’ 80th birthday, which would be in 2028, is “very tentative.” However, according to her, it’s still going ahead at this time.

Potential Reconciliation With Harry

Tominey also alleged that Charles might reunite with his estranged younger son Prince Harry at the  Invictus Games, in Birmingham in 2027. Indeed, palace aides are trying to figure out if this event would be the right place for their long-awaited reconciliation.

Tominey is claiming that the reconciliation might end up happening because of the negative impact that the King’s estrangement with Harry has had on his own reputation.

“There is an awareness that the impasse cannot continue forever, not least if it starts to reflect badly on the king,” she wrote.

It’s unlikely that this reconciliation would include Harry’s two children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, as he has said that he will not bring them to the United Kingdom due to security concerns. However, Harry has also said that he has “forgiven” the members of the royal family who he believes have done him wrong in the past.

“Some members of my family will never forgive me for writing a book but I would love reconciliation with my family,” Harry recently said. “There is a lot of control and ability in my father’s hands. Ultimately, this whole thing could be resolved through him.”

“There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore,” Harry continued. “As I said, life is precious. I don’t know how much longer my father has. He won’t speak to me because of this security stuff, but it would be nice to reconcile.”

Royals Have Reportedly Lost Trust In Harry

Other royal experts, however, have speculated that a reconciliation between Harry and the royal family is out of the question. According to them, this is because the royals have lost all trust with Harry.

“Harry’s continued dwelling on the past is rooted in his unresolved personal grievances and an out-of-touch desire for public accountability,” British royals expert Hilary Fordwich told Fox News this week.

“His every public move further damages any chance of reconciliation,” she added. “The senior royals now view that as totally out of the question. The royal family’s lack of trust in Meghan Markle is… rooted in the perception that she catalyzed the current rift, regardless of Harry being more vocal.”

Charles To Take Part In The Trooping The Colour

After this the latest report about his cancer came out, People Magazine confirmed that Charles will be taking part in the Trooping the Colour on Saturday, June 14. However, instead of riding on horseback as he typically would, he will be sitting in a carriage with his wife Camilla. This has indicated to some that all truly is not well when it comes to Charles’ cancer battle.

Charles was diagnosed with cancer in February of 2024 after a scheduled procedure to treat an enlarged prostate. In March of this year, he was hospitalized after suffering an adverse reaction to side effects from his treatment.

Palace staffers said at the time that “following scheduled and ongoing medical treatment for cancer, King experienced temporary side effects that required a short period of observation in hospital.”

One royal aide described this as “the most minor bump in the road that’s very much heading in the right direction.”
