It’s no secret that there is no love lost between the royal sister-in-laws Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle. Now, royal expert are speaking out to reveal exactly why there is “no comparison” between the respective wives of Prince William and Prince Harry.
Kate Is Far More Popular Than Meghan
Hours after the Tuesday premiere of Meghan’s new Netflix show With Love, Meghan, the royal expert Richard Fitzwilliam told Fox News that Kate and William’s popularity remains “very high.” In contrast, Meghan’s approval rating stands at an abysmal 21% in the United Kingdom, according to royal expert Hilary Fordwich.
In one scene from With Love, Meghan, the American former actress can be seen beekeeping. According to Fordwich, this is actually a favorite pastime of Kate’s.
“Princess Catherine actually is a beekeeper,” Fordwich explained. “Her bees are at Anmer Hall, in the corner of the gardens on the Sandringham estate. Instead of monetizing her real hobby, back in the summer of ’21, she actually took honey from the hives whilst visiting schoolchildren attending the biodiversity hub at London’s Natural History Museum.”

Kate Helps Others While Meghan Seeks Fame
Fordwich went on to say that everything Kate “does is to help others, those mentally challenged, the less privileged, the disadvantaged, the young, as well as those suffering from cancer, to name a few causes.”
“She never belittles others, whereas this Netflix show is actually denigrating to those less fortunate,” Fordwich lamented.
Meanwhile, according to Fordwich, Meghan is “not only doing everything for money, she is seeking more fame and self-aggrandizement.”
Kate and William met back in 2001 when they were both students at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. They went on to marry in 2011. Meanwhile, Meghan and Harry met in 2016, and they married in 2018.
“Meghan married for titles and prestige,” Fordwich explained. “Catherine married in spite of the title and prestige.”
Not stopping there, Fordwich pointed out that Meghan “claimed she felt unsafe and needed privacy and a quiet life,” yet she bought a mansion in the busy city of Los Angeles and hired three public relations firms along with multiple publicists.
“Princess Catherine has never been involved in any legal issues or lawsuits,” Fordwich continued. “She is genuine, honest and true…she is devoted to her children, so doesn’t use them to monetize projects. She lives her life in spite of the media and paparazzi.”
With Love, Meghan Panned
This comes at a difficult time for Meghan, as With Love, Meghan is being widely panned by critics. Though Meghan tried to present herself as a relatable lifestyle guru in it, royal experts claimed that she failed miserably in this endeavor.
“This isn’t innovative, it’s backwards,” Kinsey Schofield, host of the “To Di For Daily” podcast, told Fox News. “The projects themselves aren’t original. It lacks authenticity. It’s aesthetically pleasing but not where the content world is at right now. It’s too controlled. Too glossy. Too produced.”
British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard agreed, saying that Meghan’s show “appears mundane and lacks wow factor.”
“Meghan seems eager to play the altruistic, kind soul, but it is a tad smarmy,” Chard lamented. “My toes are curling… This is so cringey and not fun at all. It feels too staged, and the tips and tricks are far too basic… Meghan comes across as a modern Stepford Wife.”

Meanwhile, Kate appears to be living her best life after spending much of 2024 battling cancer. In the end, many will certainly agree that Meghan simply can’t hold a candle to Kate Middleton!
