The 45^th President of the United States and WWE Hall of Famer, Donald Trump has been indicted in New York. While the precise charges are unknown as of this writing, this seemingly is linked to the hush-money scandal centered around Stormy Daniels.

Former United States President Donald Trump Indicted

According to reports, Donald J. Trump was indicted on Thursday, March 30^th in Manhattan, New York. The three lead prosecutors in the investigation walked into the building mere minutes before the grand jury was scheduled to meet.

The case centers around alleged payments made during his presidential campaign in 2016. These payments were made to silence porn star Stormy Daniels against claims of an affair during the presidential race that year.

In the days ahead, prosecutors working for Alvin L. Bragg, district attorney, will probably ask Trump to surrender or face arraignment. The charges will likely be announced once the former President is arraigned.
