Now that we know who is in it, what are the current WrestleMania main event betting odds? Also, we’ve got a Jay Briscoe family health update, following the ROH star’s fatal crash.

WrestleMania Main Event Odds

While these things are pre-determined, if you want to know the current WrestleMania main event betting odds…we have them.

Courtest of BetOnline, we can see who the odds-on favorite is for the upcoming title match.

As things currently sit, we are expected to see Cody Rhodes battle Roman Reigns for the titles.

Rhodes did his part, winning the 2023 Men’s Royal Rumble.

Reigns will have to do his part and retain at the Elimination Chamber. In a couple weeks, the Tribal Chief will battle Sami Zayn.

Assuming Reigns successfully defends the titles in Montreal, is he favored to also do so against Cody Rhodes?

In a word…no.

Current betting odds favor a Cody Rhodes victory.

A lot could change between now and then. Considering how high profile the match is, it seems unlikely that WWE would not want to waste time hyping a match, only to not have it.

Then again, there have been persistent rumors, for a while now, that WWE would split up the world titles once again.

Thus far, that has not happened.

With the Elimination Chamber title match set, there are no stipulations that would make us think a split happens in Montreal.

I do wonder, with Sami Zayn as hot as he is, would WWE look to push him into the WrestleMania main event?

If so, would WWE make it some sort of scramble that both titles are up for grabs, and the first two pinfalls take home titles?

Or…are all those rumors of the titles being split up are just that…rumors.

Jay Briscoe Family Update

After the tragic accident that took his life, we have a Jay Briscoe family health update to pass on.

Earlier, we covered that, while Jamin Pugh (Jay Briscoe) died in the accident, his two young daughters sustained serious injuries.

Both children have been fighting. However, they seem to be making great progress.

Per Wrestling Inc, the Pugh family released an update this week.

The youngest daughter has been released from the hospital. She went home with a back brace, and with a surgically implanted device helping her broken leg heal.

It is great to hear she is now home, even if she still has a lot of healing left to be done.

Her older sister is also improving, but remains hospitalized.

Per the update, she has been moved to the physical rehab wing as she works to recover feeling and movement in her legs.

As of this most recent update, it seems feeling has returned up to her knees.

Her mother says she has recently made great progress, and both feeling and movement in her lower legs is getting closer.

It is clear that both children suffered major injuries and have a long way to go. Still, given that their father passed in the crash, it is encouraging to hear their stories.
