Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Bear had full meltdowns on their ABC talk show “The View” on Tuesday morning after the former U.S. Ambassador Nikki Haley announced that she will be running for president as a Republican in 2024.

Goldberg Lets Loose On Haley

Goldberg went off on Haley after playing scenes from her campaign ad, according to Fox News.

“So Nikki, you know, since you have been asleep all this time, and you just woke up, you’re just finding out that there are things about our country that are not perfect,” said a visibly livid Goldberg. “And for us to pretend that it is and that nothing happened is ridiculous. So you’re not saying anything new.”

“And you of all people should know better because you used to actually have some sanity and knew right from wrong,” she added. “And then you lost your mind and went in some new direction. So don’t do that.”

Haley fired back on Twitter by writing, “Here we go again with Whoopi. The thought of me running for President makes the liberals’ heads explode. I wonder why? #AmericaIsNotARacistCountry.”

Behar Sounds Off On Haley As Well

Goldberg wasn’t the only person to attack Haley on “The View,” however, as her leftwing buddy Bear went off on her as well.

“Well, she’s part of the invasion of the bodysnatchers,” Behar said. “You know, there are these — there are these politicians on the right who now have become like mentally crazy, you know. But problem her problem is that, you know, not only was she a big Trump supporter and she’s an election denier, too, isn’t she?”

In her campaign ad, Haley slammed those who she feels are describing American ideals as “racist and evil.”

“Nothing could be further from the truth,” she said.

Haley is the second Republican to jump into the 2024 presidential race, with the first being the former President Donald Trump. Other rumored rightwing candidates include Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Arkansas gov. Asa Hutchinson, New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu and former Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan.

Trump Responds To Haley Running

Trump welcomed Haley into the race, telling Fox News, “The more the merrier.”

“I’m glad she’s running,” Trump said. “I want her to follow her heart — even though she made a commitment that she would never run against who she called the greatest president of her lifetime.”

“She should do what she wants to do and not be bound by the fact that she said she would never do it,” he added.

Trump was referring to comments Haley made in 2021, when she said, “I would not run if President Trump ran. And I would talk to him about it. That is something that we’ll have a conversation about at some point if that decision is something that has to be made.”

Haley has clearly changed her mind in the years since then, much to the horror of “woke” members of the media like Goldberg, Behar, and more. Rightwing women are triggering to members of the liberal media because they can’t stand to see a woman who is actually able to think for herself when it comes to politics instead of just getting in line and doing what Democrats tell them to do.

We certainly do not agree with Haley on everything, but if she’s already angering Goldberg and Behar to this degree, her campaign is shaping up to be a fun ride.
