Ozzy Osbourne has made a sad announcement amidst his various health struggles, and his fans will be devastated.

Daily Mail reported that Osbourne, 74, went public with his Parkinson’s diagnosis four years ago, and he had not performed on tour since December of 2018, when he took the stage at Ozzfest in Inglewood as part of the farewell tour, No More Tours II. He had been set to embark on a European tour in May that had been rescheduled three times since 2019, but it has now been cancelled officially.
“This is probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to share with my loyal fans,” Osbourne wrote on Instagram. “As you may all know, four years ago, this month, I had a major accident, where I damaged my spine.”
Osbourne is referring to a fall that he suffered at his home back in 2019.
OZZY will postpone all his tour dates as he recovers from injury sustained while dealing with pneumonia. Ozzy fell at his Los Angeles home aggravating years-old injuries (from his 2003 ATV accident) that required surgery.
Shows will be rescheduled beginning in Feb 2020

“My one and only purpose during this time has been to get back on stage,” he continued. “My singing voice is fine. However, after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions, and most recently groundbreaking Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak.”

Osbourne ‘Humbled’ By Fan Support
Osbourne went on to say that while he is “humbled” by fans continuing to hold on to their tickets in the hopes that he’ll perform for them again, he can no longer “in good conscience” lead them to believe that this is possible.
“I have now come to the realization that I’m not physically capable of doing my upcoming European/UK tour dates, as I know I couldn’t deal with the travel required,” he said. “Believe me when I say that the thought of disappointing my fans really F**** ME UP, more than you will ever know.”
“Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way,” Osbourne added. “My team is currently coming up with ideas for where I will be able to perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country.”
Osbourne concluded by thanking his family and bandmates before thanking his “fans for their endless dedication, loyalty, and support, and for giving me the life that I never ever dreamed I would have. I love you all…”
Osbourne also assured his fans that “Ticket refunds are available at point of purchase.”

Osbourne’s Medical Problems
Osbourne was diagnosed with Parkinson’s back in 2003, the same year he was almost killed in an ATV accident while riding around London, according to Fox News. Spinal surgery that Osbourne underwent last year left him with 15 screws in his back as well as nerve pain in his neck, back, shoulders and arms.
Osbourne subsequently had to undergo two more operations, with the most recent one happening in June.
“Thank God I found the right surgeon who knows how to deal with spinal problems,” he said afterwards. “He had to cut nerves and you have to take f*****g nerve-pain pills, but I am getting better.”
