Both Drew McIntyre and Roman Reigns are currently out of action. Interestingly enough, they share the same eardrum injury. While there’s no update on how the Tribal Chief is fairing as of late, WNZ does have information on when the Scottish Warrior plans to return.

WWE SmackDown Star Return Plan

While McIntyre is currently suffering from a ruptured eardrum, he did provide a pre-recorded video statement to The Bump recently. He offered an update on his injury and his plans for a return to SmackDown.

The video is shown above. Drew makes it crystal clear he doesn’t want to miss the Road to WrestleMania 39.

WWE SmackDown Star Return Plan Is “Very, Very Soon”

In the video, he states that he’ll be back, “very, very” soon. He also notes that he was “about to work out” at his home gym.

This is a great sign that his recovery is going well. Not only does Drew not want to miss WM season, but his fans also want him there, too!

One superstar that will be missing out on WrestleMania 39 is Mandy Rose. As earlier reported, she was fired from the WWE due to some questionable posts on her premium content website.

Fans continue to reel from this news. In an interesting turn of events, Rose has broken her silence since her release hit the airwaves.

Mandy Rose Breaks Silence

It’s unfortunate that the WWE released Mandy Rose. The star was finally riding a high wave in the ring, on the mic, and connecting with fans.

Fans were shocked when Mandy dropped the NXT Women’s Championship to Roxanne Perez on this week’s show. They were even more stunned when the announcement was made that Rose was released from her WWE contract.

Wrestling Observer Radio’s Dave Meltzer recently revealed that Shawn Michaels was the one to rewrite the Rose versus Perez match this week, to get the title off Mandy. He notes that the company believes Rose “crossed” a line when it came to her FanTime account.

Mandy’s Statement

Rose made a new post on her FanTime account, recently, which is the first statement she’s made since her release. She thanked her fans for their support and love.

Mandy also made it known that her profile will not be going anywhere, anytime soon. She informed everyone that her page is “still up”.

As WNZ reported earlier, the WWE was initially aware of Mandy Rose’s premium content account. It’s been said that only recently they put off that Mandy was pushing the envelope with content.

It is being reported that this is the reason behind her release. With that said, it’s also been reported that Rose was making more from her FanTime account, than her WWE contract.

Mandy started with the WWE in 2015. She was a contestant on the sixth season of Tough Enough, and then signed a deal with the company shortly afterward.

In late 2017, she hit Monday Night RAW, debuting in the Absolution faction with Paige and Sonya Deville. She spent four years on the main roster, with very minimal milestones to account for.

In July 2021, she returned to NXT with a new look, persona, and attitude. In October of that year, she won the NXT Women’s Championship at Halloween Havoc and had an incredible 413-day reign.

What’s next for Mandy Rose? Only time will tell.
