Piers Morgan Demands Meghan And Harry Be Stripped Of Their Titles For Attacking Royal Family – ‘Poisonous Rats’

Days after the premiere of the Netflix docuseries “Harry + Meghan,” the British media personality Piers Morgan is calling on King Charles to strip Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle of their royal titles.

Morgan Sounds Off

“King Charles needs to strip these two poisonous rats of all remaining titles & ties to the Royal Family… and needs to do it fast before they destroy the Monarchy,” Morgan wrote in response to this trailer.

Harry And Meghan Whine

In the clip that Morgan tweeted out, Harry can be seen saying, “They were happy to lie to protect my brother, but they were never willing to tell the truth to protect us.”

“I wasn’t being thrown to the wolves, I was being fed to the wolves,” Meghan said. 

As for their decision to step down as senior royals back in 2020, Harry said, “This was a fight worth fighting for.” Meghan then claimed that their security was “pulled” and that “everyone in the world knew where we were.”

“I said, we need to get out of here,” Harry said before he showed himself smiling on what he described as “a freedom flight.”

The Express reported that while Harry and Meghan are no longer addressed as His/Her Royal Highness, they still have their Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles. After their continued attacks on the royal family, however, it remains to be seen if the King will allow them to keep these titles. 

Morgan has long been one of Meghan and Harry’s biggest detractors in the media. After the premiere of their docuseries last week, he mocked Harry for comparing Meghan to his late mother Princess Diana, who was killed in a car crash back in 1997. 

“Having known both women, Princess Diana and Meghan Markle, I can say with absolute certainty that they’re nothing in common whatsoever,” Morgan said, according to Geo TV. “I couldn’t think of two women more different.”

Morgan Doubles Down

Newsweek reported that Morgan later doubled down on this in another interview. 

“They use a lot of imagery of Princess Diana on what she had to go through and paparazzi,” he said. “Let me tell you, I knew Diana well. I used to speak to her regularly, used to have lunch with her. She had 10 times the paparazzi attention that Meghan Markle has ever had.” 

“Her [Meghan’s] attempt to put herself on the same pedestal as the most famous and pursued royal in history, I think is frankly disgraceful,” he continued. 

Morgan also brought up the fact that he was featured in the trailer for the docuseries. 

“They actually use my voice at the start of it in which I call Meghan ‘a rock star.’ I’d certainly have other phrases for her now,” he said. 

Meghan And Harry Play The Victims

In the end, Morgan feels that Meghan and Harry are only out to portray themselves as victims, when in reality, they are anything but that. 

“They’re using everything they can to cynically manipulate a narrative that they are these two downtrodden, oppressed people, utter victims, when in fact what they did was quit royal duty, quit Britain, have gone to California, live in a big mansion and spend their entire time trashing the royal family and the monarchy, which is the very institution where their titles come from that they ruthlessly exploit for hundreds of millions of dollars,” Morgan said.

“It is honestly sick making, and the anger in Britain right now is building about this Netflix series,” he concluded. 

With this docuseries, Meghan and Harry have shown once and for all that they have no respect for the royal family. The King might want to do himself and the rest of the royals a favor by severing ties with Meghan and Harry and stripping them of their titles, as Morgan suggested.
