Just because he came back on Saturday, we have even more Bray Wyatt speculation to get into. And, fans have posted many interesting theories about who was behind the masks.
With his return comes lots of things, including more Bray Wyatt speculation.
As WWE built to the ultimate reveal, we saw each one of Bray’s Fun House friends, in real, life-sized forms, around the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia.
Naturally, fans are wondering and guessing as to who is behind those masks, and what it means.
More on that in a bit.
But, some wondered if that actually meant anything at all.
Honestly, this would make a ton of sense.
Some of Saturday’s build to finally seeing Bray Wyatt was a trip down a twisted Memory Lane.
We saw the abandoned Fun House set, dusty and full of cobwebs since his release.
It is entirely possible this was more just a throwback, giving fans something to mark out over.
But…there is also plenty of traction to say there might be something to it, as Wyatt as the cult leader did some great work alongside his Family.
If WWE’s new creative leadership is giving Wyatt free reign, all bets are off.
Of course, the speculation is natural, especially because there were some interesting easter eggs with some of them.
Eagle eyed fans, for example, spotted women’s title belts behind Abby the Witch. Something like that probably is not accidental.
So, we can look at it two ways.
There were legit people in costumes on Saturday. Maybe it was for a one-time thing, maybe it’s the start of a stable.
After all, Sasha Banks did work, at one WrestleMania, as one of the women on stage for Hunter’s entrance…and that is all it was.
So, either way, who was behind the masks?
We don’t know…we might know as soon as tonight’s big RAW.
Or, WWE could drag this out over several weeks.
Either way, fan speculation has been fun to read.
One name we know is quite likely involved, or could be, is the imminently returning Bo Dallas.
Fans suspect he was in the Fiend outfit on Saturday.
Others believe Mercy was Grayson Waller, who fanned those flames on his Twitter account.
Some are expecting Joe Gacy to be Huskus, and guesses are for Alexa Bliss or Nikki Cross as Abby.
Both women have held multiple belts, so it’s possible.
And, in the time since his return, some Superstars have had a bit of fun as well.
Several notable Superstar Twitter accounts have gone black since Saturday evening.
That happening has only led fans to speculate that these talents may be in line for a spot in a stable, should we see the Wyatt 6 materialize.
Given some of the names, I do feel it’s unlikely. However, until we know…we don’t know, and we remain glued.
RAW should be quite fun tonight.
