Brett Favre Is ‘Really Cheap,’ His Daughter Reveals

The former Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre’s daughter Brittany is currently appearing on the ABC reality show “Claim To Fame,” which challenges 12 celebrity relatives living in the same house to hide their identities from each other.

On last week’s episode, Brittany told a hilarious story about her father to Logan, who is her closest ally on the show.

Brett Favre ‘Is Really Cheap’

“My relative, regardless of like paycheck, is really cheap. He grew up with absolutely nothing,” Brittany said of Brett, who grew up in Kiln, Mississippi, according to USA Today. 

“So he had this old Chevy that he loved and the muffler fell off. He just chained it to the bumper,” she added. “So my dad’s taking me to school, and so every time we hit a speed bump, there was this loud, horrible scraping sound and sparks flying in all directions. So by the time I get to the front of the line, they’re like, ‘Your dad can’t afford to fix his truck?’ He’s still that way.”

Logan had already suspected that Brett was Brittany’s relative, and this story only convinced him of that further. 

“I still think it’s Brett Favre,” he said. “I mean, from the South. You can take the boy out of the country but you can’t take the country out of the boy.”

Brittany Is ‘Competitive’ 

Brittany, who is a 33 year-old mother of three boys, has previously said on the show that she is “competitive,” just like her father. 

“My dad and I are really close. I did inherit his competitive nature,” Brittany said on one episode, according to Hollywood Life. “At my house, winning is the only option.”

“I was born before he became successful so I got to witness the entire rise from an unknown to known,” she added. “Don’t let my kindness fool you. I used to be an attorney and know how to win. I am so competitive that I hurt feelings.”

Though Brittany graduated from Loyola University’s College of Law in 2015, she has since given up her career as a lawyer to instead become an artist. She has been married to Patrick Valkenburg since 2011, and she has a younger sister named Breleigh, who was born in 1999. The sisters’ mother is Deanna Tynes, who Brett has been married to since 1996.

Brittany Seen As A Threat

The Green Bay Press Gazette reported that Brittany is seen as a major threat by her fellow contestants on “Claim To Fame,” and some of them already want to eliminate her from the show.

“Brittany is so important to be the next to take down, because she’s such a worthy opponent,” said one contestant who goes by X. 

Unfortunately for X, who is the identical twin brother of “Orange Is the New Black” actress and transgender rights activist Laverne Cox, he is the person who ended up going home that episode. It remains to be seen whether Brittany will make it through tonight’s episode, which will air on ABC at 9pm EST.
