Meghan Markle’s father Thomas Markle revealed that he wants to testify against Meghan in the lawsuit that Samantha has filed against her. And, on of Meghan’s sister Samantha’s Twitter account has been suspended by by Twitter.
Thomas Wants To Testify Against Meghan
This comes after Thomas Markle revealed that he will be taking Samantha’s side in the libel lawsuit that she has filed against Meghan over claims that the Royal made in her explosive tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey that aired one year ago.
“I’ve been trying for almost four years to get to see my daughter and her ginger husband in a courtroom face-to-face,” Thomas said. “I haven’t seen them face-to-face. I haven’t seen my grandchildren. I’d be thrilled to come to court and talk and defend my oldest daughter [Samantha].”
That being said, Thomas is expecting Meghan to settle out of court so that she can avoid having to publicly defend herself.
“There are so many obvious, obvious lies that are immediately challenged that I can’t imagine Meghan even going into the court with this,” he said. “I think she should settle because she can’t defend the things she said.”
Samantha Markle Suspended
Newsweek reported that the account @TheMarkleSammy has been suspended by Twitter for unknown reasons. Twitter typically only suspends accounts that violate its rules, but it is unclear at this time what rule Samantha’s account violated.

The account was suspended after the publication Buzzfeed claimed that it was being used to post conspiracy theories about both Meghan and her son Archie, whom she shares with her husband Prince Harry.
Douglas A. Kahle, a lawyer representing Samantha, claimed that her “Twitter account appears to have been hacked; someone changed her password; and, some of the Twitter screenshots that have appeared in the media very recently appear to have been altered or Photoshopped. However, due to the urgency of this matter, we are still investigating.”

Meghan Is Dismissive Of Lawsuit
Samantha has claimed in her lawsuit that Meghan told various lies about her and her family during her interview with Oprah.
Meghan attempted to be dismissive of the lawsuit through her attorney, who responded to it by saying that “this baseless and absurd lawsuit is just a continuation of a pattern of disturbing behavior. We will give it the minimum attention necessary, which is all it deserves.”
Meghan Markle has been estranged from both her father and her sister since before her 2018 wedding to Harry. Given these latest developments when it comes to Twitter and the lawsuit, it’s unlikely that the Markles will be mending their familial rift anytime soon.
