Another Price Increase For 2022 UFC Pay-Per-View Events

The new year has brought with it another price increase to be a fan of the UFC.

Cost for individual pay-per-view events on ESPN+ in 2022 will now be $74.99, up from $69.99. The ESPN+ pay-per-view package will also go up from $89.98 to $99.98.

The package includes a year-long subscription to ESPN+ and one pay-per-view event.

Since the UFC joined ESPN to broadcast events, the price of pay-per-view events has increased three times.

According to a report by MMA Fighting, ESPN+ continues to grow, reporting over 17 million paid subscribers in the last year. However, as a cable channel, ESPN has lost 76 million households.

The next UFC pay-per-view is UFC 270 on January 22. The card features Francis Ngannou and Ciryl Gane to unify the heavyweight titles.

Does the decision change how you approach watching UFC events in 2022?
